What games are you looking forward to this year?

Besides destiny and battlefield hardline, what games are you looking forward to coming out this year?

I'm looking to get back to Los Santos myself. A couple weeks in Chicago was plenty for me.

I don't know if anything is added. Doesn't need to be for me to pick it up again.

Oddly enough the number one game I am looking forward to this year is Costume Quest 2. The first game is an absolute blast to play. Old school turn based RPG mechanics with a goofy story made the first Costume Quest game one of my favorites in years. If you haven't played it and still have a PS3, give it a try. You will not regret it.

I had no idea they were making another Costume Quest, but I'm stoked. The first one was so much fun. I remember getting the free dowload, and booting it up thinking, "What is this crap?"

And then I didn't put the controller down for a few days.

Bloodborne looks great, and so does the Order. Evolve looks like it's chaotic co-op fun.

I was most excited about The Division, but that got pushed to 2015. I'm happy to wait for a polished game, but it will be tough since that game looks like it's got everything that I want (customization, loot, co-op, scavenging, urban chaos setting).

The Destiny alpha has me really excited for that game, as the co-op raids are really fun and do a good job building teamwork.

As for games coming out for 2014; I'm either have already purchased or interested in the following:

1) Destiny (really enjoyed playing the Alpha so far)

2) Dragon Age: Inquisition (finally returning this series back to it's original roots, and making it a true RPG)

3) Battlefield: Hardline (playing the beta and it's fun)

4) The Evil Within

5) Alien: Isolation

6) Evolve (really liking what I've been seeing for this game)

7) COD: Advanced Warfare (I don't know about this one??)

8) Halo: Masterchief Collection

9) Assassins Creed: Unity

Witcher 3 (CD Projekt Red hasn't let me down yet and this game looks to be amazing. )

Lords of the Fallen ( Looks like Darksiders with the Souls series combat= sign me up.)

BloodBourne (Glad I have a PS4.)

Zelda (Okay Wii U is starting to show some value.)

Xenoblade Chronicles X (Once again happy I have a Wii U)

Shadows of Mordor. From all accounts this game has some really cool idea's and combat so I'll give it a shot.

Far Cry 4 (Loved 3 and this looks even better.)

Destiny  (Is this just Borderlands?  I didn't get into the Alpha so I have to wait for beta in July.  Still waiting on a PC version annoucement)

Phantom Pain (It's Metal Gear and I haven't been let down by a main title in the series yet)

Evolve. (Looks really cool but I suspect that against good teams the monster will be frustratinjg.)

Batman Arkham Knight (Loved every Arkham game so far.  Can't wait for this one.)

Assassins Creed Unity (Even though I'm so sick of the combat in those games I can't believe I still line up to play them. Who am I kidding?  I"ll be playing this day one as well :))

Borderlands The Pre-sequel (The humor and coop make this a must play)

The Division (Looks interesting but I need more info.)

Rainbow Six Seige (I've made a vow to myself that I've given up on competitive shooters. This one may be the exception though.)

Sadly most of these aren't going to make 2014.  Though I have a backlog that will ensure I'm not bored.

Super pumped for Evolve.  Won a lot of Best of E3 awards on game informer website.  Seems like a great idea and have only heard great things in all the hands on and previews.  Probably will pick up Last of Us even though I beat it on PS3, such a great game.  Definitely going to pick up GTAV on PS4.  Had it on the PS3 but once I got the PS4 I pretty much ignored the PS3 and didn't play it much.  May pick up Far Cry 4 if reviews are good.  May get the new COD.  Also think the white PS4 is pretty slick so might trade in a bunch of stuff for that.

Haven't been on the site in a while.  Why is everything double spaced when I type?

Not yet and I keep kicking myself that I missed it being on sale for $18 on PSN last week!  If they would have shown that MGSV trailer during E3 to the public I probably wouldn't have been so wishy washy on getting it.  Now I'm debating waiting for another sale for just biting the bullet and dropping $30 on Ground Zeroes.
