Game Sharing

Does anybody know if PS4 will allow game sharing like we can do today with the PS3?  I ask because I plan to have a PS4 for both my son and I.  I really don't want to buy games twice.  I'd like to know this before the systems are released so I know how to purchase my games.  My preference would be to go all digital next generation, espeically since we should be able to stream them with the Vita.  This will be perfect in hotels when I'm traveling (providing it works as advertised).

I can't find a source but I think it works like it does now. You get 2-3 machine activation.

Great!  I sure hope that is the case then.  I don't really trade in games, so I see this as being more of a benefit than owning physical copies.

One more thing, I wouldn't hold up much hope for streaming that way. PS4 to Vita is more in home streaming. Adding multiple hops from your house to the (every hotel/public wifi I've been on has been spotty at best) wifi hotspot will bring lag and frustration most likely. I'd love to be proven wrong.

Yeah I'm 99% sure it's local wifi only.  There is way too much data to be streaming over the internet via multiple ISPs.

You guys are probably right about the streaming.

Now that Sony has come out with its game sharing policy, I was wondering if this would work (I'll try to keep this as short as possible.):

Purchasing 2 PS4 systems (one for my son and one for myself).  My son's will be a xmas present.  On November 15th when I receive them, I was going to make myself the primary owner on his, and then make my son the primary owner on mine.  Then I would box his back up and give it to him on xmas.  What I'm hoping (if I understood the policy correctly) is that if I purchase digital games from my PS4 (his primary) that he will be able to download the same games and vice versa.  Do you guys see any issues with that?

I would make the primary the same (your account). I assume you can have an auto login (like now) that will log him in without messing with your account but still sharing data between the two. The only thing I can see being a problem is you might have to login your account (his machine) on occassion and sync the data on your account.

This is all assuming it works like I think it works.
