FINALLY SONY IS RELEASING UPDATE FOR PULSE & PULSE ELITE
Besides talking about the advantages of the new Official Sony PS4 Headset, Sony has announced that an update will be released later on tonight that will allow owners of the Sony Pulse and Pulse Elite Headsets to actually use them with the PS4 console, no need for any wires attached to the controllers, 100% blutooth wireless communication.

I don't have my Pluse headset anymore I gave it to my brother in~law when I gave him my PS3. I will how ever be buying the Gold Headset at the end of the month.
Well after last night's 1.60 update; my Pulse Elite headset works with the PS4 with no problems; the only thing that interests me about the new Gold Edition headset for the PS4 is that certain games with have special audio files that can only be heard with those particular headsets; now those that mean being given clues, or additional side quests?? who knows?? or will it work something similar to what Microsoft has done with thier SmartGlass Technology.
For instance with the game Dead Rising 3 on my XBOX 1, I can use my cell phone for additonal side missions, unlock hidden caches of weapons, and call in airstrikes from drones, because I found launch codes along the way, so if Sony is doing something somewhat similar but having a character communicate directly to you via your headset, sounds kind of cool.
