Anybody get into the TitanFall Beta ????
Now before anyone chews me out; yes I realize this is a Playstation Clan, however there are a few of us that own a Xbox 1 as well. So I'm just curious if anybody received a code to participate in the Beta, besides ole Garfy???

Played about 2 hours yesterday.Mmmmmmm....I dunno. Seemed novel at first but felt like it would get old pretty quick.I may cancel my pre-order.
Garfy, I was in it last night. Same GT: Kidmach. I thought it was extrememly fun. I only tried the two game modes though. Will get back on today and try the rest.
Well the Beta is now available to download to anyone that owns a Xbox 1; there is an interesting article that I found this morning ,and if it pans out to be true, then TitanFall will be a great game, the only real complaint that I have is the grunts are really stupid, hoping Respawn is listening to all the feedback from the players and make some adjustments.

I may play again tonight.I almost enjoy the goofy parts of it. I seem to be much more relaxed playing this game because I don't care about what is happening. Battlefiled has finally lagged me enough to quit playing it. Maybe this game will be my go to for awhile.
Cool, I'll be on. I'm enjoying the non-stop action, it's addicting. They did a good job blending the fps elements with the mech controls. They really are an extension of your soldier and are so easy to control. It's a different game, nothing out of this world, but it's fun. That being said, I pre-ordered the collectors edition and also got the controller

Picked up a controller also in my effort to be more "inka cola" like. Actually I only had one controller and I was waiting for something different. Even the box is cool.

Inka...yep that was fun when I finally figured out where the hell they put the chat stuff.
I played for a couple hours last night; obviously I don't have most of you fellas on my Xbox Account, so I'll have to start adding people. Played with Anirask last night and had a blast, although our team was utterly clueless, we kept running around trying to secure all 3 hardpoints.
Then you get idiots that couldn't understand why we're always scoring high in points, because it's called "HARDPOINT", not "ATTRITION"; I had to laugh at one a'hole last night that decided to send me a few messages, I'm like "First off you sound like a 10 year old kid that lives in the basement, has no life, plays videogames all day long and is covered in Cheetoes" (LOL)
The biggest thing that I've noticed since the Beta went live last Friday, is that a lot of people are trying to play the game like Call of Duty (biggest mistake to make), hell I explained to a few people a few tactics they didn't even know you could pull off, such as when wall running, hold unto the left trigger and you should stick to the wall like a fly, nasty when your cloaked, and can get a bead on someone from above. Secondly some people don't seam to understand the D-Pad controls for a Titan, press downward to summon one, press down again to place in Defender mode, or press once again for Follow Mode, also you can forcibly eject from your Titan at anytime, by simply pressing up on the D-Pad.
Anirask & myself managed to obtain and use newer Burn Cards that neither of us had seen before, such as Amped up Archer & Sidewinder Missles (Anti-Titan Weapons), really loved the radar pulse card, that allowed me to see every single enemy through walls, I'm really curious as to see what Respawn Entertainment does with Burn Cards overall. The only major complaint about the game is the lack of intelligence for the grunts, hoping that will be fixed before the launch.
Garfy....read the entire post. You had me until the cheetos part. I love cheetos and being covered in them has always been a fantasy of mine.......now I only feel small and unloved for having those thoughts......I'm so sad.
I just get a kick out of jawjackers online, that think they're badass while playing a f@#$ing videogame; the funniest experiences I've had are with a lot of the guys from this clan and the 2Old2Resist Clan, when we played games such as MAG, or the Killzone series, Uncharted MP, hell even The Last of Us; especially MAG, we would get some douch nozzle running their mouths, only to have all of us start up with comments.
We've had people from all the other squads laughing their asses off, at the idiot who was the Commander of all the units; the dude was practically having a fit and sounded like he was crying (LOL); I'm not the best player out there, but I hold my own, and I play for fun.
