Ever use the Electric Arc grenade? I've had better luck with it, if it's thrown to a wall beside the enemy. The AI seems to avoid them on the floor but a wall placement may fool them, giving more bang for the buck.

Got a kill the other day in the Crucible with the Titan's Arc Grenade when an enemy player didn't respect it, and tried to run by it. It was an insta-kill, sending him cartwheeling. I admit, I chuckled a bit.... :)
At least you get valuable materials for selling gear that doesn't belong to your class. I'm getting 2-3 ascendant shards for each sell. I need them to upgrade my purple armor. I purposely bought exotic gauntlets so I could sell my purple ones for materials

I think that's what he means by "sell" is to break them down into crafting mats and glimmer.
Anyone have Dr. Nope AR or Unwilling Soul-09 AR (from dead orbit)? The seem mostly the same stats. Bullet hose ARs with large clips. Or can anyone recommend a good pvp AR I can shoot for? I have a blue "Surrender A" right now. Its pretty good, but its accuracy at range is a bit worse than some of the green ARs I have had.

One with a high stability rating. Mine is almost max stabilty. If weapon damage is normalized then the attack shouldn't matter. My attack is 219 on it FWIW

Dr Nope is rubbish. Got one in a drop. Maybe it gets better with upgrades but I didn't see any stability buffs in it's tree. My rare Shingen is better.
I started playing some Crucible and majority of my kills are from my Titan's Shoulder dash. Next is shotgun. I really need an AR, stuck with the Pluse Rifle you get from the stranger. If I get some distance I'll usaully take the other person out, but hate having to use the shotgun.

I've finished the first part - complete 5 Strikes without dying. The second part will involve me going into the Crucible to play a few games. The third part will then be to complete a weekly challenge, so that should be "fun"...lol
Tonight will be my last night to play though as I'll be going out of town Wednesday and not returning until Sunday night, so I'll probably have to wait to finish the bounty.
New vendor in tower today. They are for the Queens Wrath. Back in the special events area. If you complete bounties, you get missions. Missions give purples.
Got my first Legendary armor last night doing one of the Queen's missions. Other guy I ran with got one as well.
The Queen's missions are gurananteed legendary drops. I got two helmets, a chest and a sniper - all legendary - from 3 missions last night.
I got the Queen's Robes....... 4 effin times. Thanks for giving me the same thing every single time. At least I got ascendant shards out of it (breaking them down)

I got to the final area, but just couldn't do much by myself. These guys came in and saved the day for me. THANKS!

After that I had to finish the bounty with buying 50 special ammo synthesis packs from the gunsmith. Word of warning for those of you that do this bounty, that's 12.5k glimmer you'll need to buy all 50 (assuming you don't already have some), so save up!
This thing is nasty though, auto fire, solar damage shotty with good range and rate of fire. One of the upgrades allows it to regenerate ammo too. The only bad thing about it is the slow reload, but I think this thing will be a monster in the Crucible or when I need a good solar damage CQC weapon.
In beta, the Galahad ARs kicked ass, but I havent seen one in the live game. Has anyone?

I am running a blue galahad and it is the best primary I have had yet in the game. Decent damage for me at 21 and recoil is manageable.

That loot cave you probley heard of on earth is no joke! I just scored a legendary sniper rifle and an exotic primary shotgun called the Universal Remote. Is this the only primary shotgun around or are there others? The exotic came from a purple engram and I got like 30 blues from that damn cave all in 2 hours. I'm thinking of farming there some more before I mess with the queens missions because i'm racking up lots of strange coins and motes from the farming, not to mension crazy glimmer with the black consumables.
If anyone wants to take 30 min or 1 hour shifts with me, im on at evenings eastern time, if my fire team is set to private just message me PSN style.
Found another farming spot -- on Mars Patrol. Vex and Cabal fighting each other and respawning when you move to a certain spot. Also found out after the video that chests will spawn in the structure where the Cabal spawn:
I know that spot Achy. I didn't think the spawn frequency was as high as on the Cosmodrome.

I've played there, almost like you but your location was a bit more suitable. Also, you didn't run around like a squirrel for nuts like I did. I wouldn't classify that spot tthe same as the Cosmodrome one.
This one you have shown is more of a 'man's" farming spot, since you have to move and re-aim. lol

Can you use the "heavy weapon ammo synthesis" during a Crucible match? I started doing this during strikes, and it helps a ton.
