The whole album Both Sides to the Brain is awesome! I got some others I still do like in the rap Genre, but it's more underground. I don't like the main stream stuff.
Adrenaline Mob (featuring former Dream Theatre drummer Mike Portnoy, & Symphony X'x Russel Allen, & guitar god Mike Orlando) have released a new ep of cover tunes called "Coverta". It's most worthy...
Cotter, I enjoyed the Doors cover I know your a guitar player, I'll have to dig up some of my favorite players and riffs later, but here's one for now.
I'm also a musician. I like to bang on the drums all day. I played in a real sloppy, dirty punk/skacore band called The Cashed for a little over a year. I quit the band because the lead singer and I had some "confrontations", he was quite a bit younger than the rest of us and there was lots of disagreements. We played every Friday night at our local pub and also in Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, and Chicago a few times.
I have some recordings.
This was one of our first. Recorded in an attic with a single mic hanging from the ceiling lol. So needless to say, it's very rough.
And this was recorded in my basement in a very homemade studio set up I built. We used some better equipment and I had a new (my current) drum kit. It's kind of a depressing song though, I didn't really care at the time lol, I just wanted to play.
Nice Josh. I've not been in a band in ages. Although I still love to bang around on my guitars every day. It's more like therapy for me these days. I have been diagnosed with chronic G.A.S. (gear aquisition syndrome). I am constantly blowing my wad in search of tone nirvana.
Yeah I play to relieve stress and clear my mind. I've settled down quite a bit too. I'll just play a smooth groove for like 15 minutes, just chillin'...
I know this is going to sound funny but my 2 favorite geners of music are Country and Heavy Metal and I thought I'd share some favorites from each genre:
Upcomming Dutch tallent, "just" pop but she writes her own songs. In this song she sounds a bit like Duffy, if you search for more of her songs you'll hear just how much she can do with her voice. Firts album to be released early may.
Actually there is two ways to input music into the game, one is with an iPod and the media software downloaded to your Xbox or y adapters into your audio if your not running HDMI audio or optical audio.

I only play by myself now, all my musician friends moved away unfortunately.
