Yeah this is kind of a gamebreaker.

Well, that's certainly a problem.
They obviously never played the finished product or they would have caught this, I noticed this as soon as I got into the game finally in the lobby it gave me the option, then after an hour when I finally got into a game this is the first thing i checked. My guess is that When MCC reverts away from dedicated servers this host option appears because it was never removed after development.
