Random Stats Reset Bug

If by chance anyone here is having this problem, where you got the game data corrupt message and all your prestige's, stats etc have been reset back to default, here is a link through elite to apply to get your stats restorted.  This bug isnt as rare as it sounds, as of late apparently a bunch of folks have been having it happen to them:
