Raid Loot - Working as intended...kinda

So we finished the Vault of Glass last night, got some loot (Shaders, Shards and a ship) but nothing big and the timer counts down to zero and stops. We thought we had been denied a chance at the real loot but it turns out it was working as intended. Loot drops on boss kill.

They said it was patched but obviously it's still bugged.
