Question? Help? Kinect vs Halo Waypoint
This may be resolved when they update everything for Halo 4, but it's ticking me off anyway.
We have the Kinect Sensor - cool sheet, has potential - but we rarely play the games that use it. So I keep the sensor off so Bill Gates isn't watching me play Halo in my boxers. Anyway, at the last Waypoint Update, the sensor was on, so it updated and seemed fine. Now, when the sensor is off, it won't allow Waypoint access until switching it back on. Which is becoming a pain as I want to see new stuff before H4. Any Suggestions? I tried re-downloading waypoint, same issue.
Try unplugging it so your Xbox doesn't think it has one. Then go into System/memory/HDD/Y to clear cache (or however it is done). Reboot Xbox without Kinect. Try out Waypoint. Result?

Just a guess but it is exactly what I would do.
Turn the kinect around so it faces away from you. Then you can enjoy both boxers and waypoint.

Well, It didn't fix the problem. But, the family voted to Dis-Kinect until futher notice. Solved. Thanks!
