Porsche Pack Reveals

The cars are fantastic, and good variety too. 

R1 classes are perfect aswell..altho some porsches need work to make them less slip and slide other than that...PERFECT

I just bought the expansion last night, here's my first impressions:

+The variety of classes is amazing, you can build cars for every Forza class.
+There are new factory body kits for a bunch of cars (more on that below).
+The event list items seem well thought out, and none are too grindy.

-There's no Porche autovista car (unless I missed it) but not a big deal.
-The number of new cars isn't great.  GT2 RS is awesome, the 2011 RSR's are good but we didn't need two of them, same with the GT3 cup cars, one SUV, the Cayman R is cool but it's not much different from the old Cayman S.
-I was hoping for the new 991 and Boxter (I knew they weren't in before buying though)

I have to say I'm loving the older 911 models now that they have body kit options to remove those terrible looking whale tail spoilers.  It turns the '73 into one sexy car once you lose all the racer boy graphics and wing.  Also, did anyone notice the 'race' wing for the 1995 GT2?  It makes be want to turn it AWD and give it a bazillion HP and take it to pikes peak (or Fuji uphill).  I have resisted this urge so far, the Carerra S rear end looks much better.

Okay, Porsche novice and general skeptic here, based solely off Fm3 (couldn't drive 'em for squat), BUT..

I threw a race exhaust on the 914 for 200PI and went to Laguna, and I had a blast, this needs to be a spec race for the slower folk, a real riot!

Bumpped my 944 turbo to 425, which isn't much, and it was really fun as well in the Porsche/BMW head to head.

And I ran the Black Swan GTsumpthing a few laps as I had someone send me a paint for it. Stone stock, this car was fun!

Now, none of these in their base class to me seemed to be a LB killer, but they ARE fun!

More to follow...I tossed a quick hatchet job MOMO together and I don't like it, so I'm going to be doing a major rework this week on one of the GT cars. Does anyone have a particular model opinion on which car I SHOULD use for this? (I truly am Porsche illiterate, I pull for the Corvettes).
