Normal Mode Rush/Conquest maybe CTF players?

I read around and see that many of you only play Hardcore. To each thier own. Never been a fan of hardcore although my only experience with it was on Bad company 2. Too much spray and pray for me and guys worried about their K/D ratio than actually PTFO.

Do any of you play normal mode as a group/squad? I like Rush the best. It seems to take the most teamwork and is the most rewarding for me. It's such a great feeling when you finally arm the crate after battling to get into a position to arm and hold it while it counts down. Conquest is great for smaller squads.
