Presumably this means I will need to turnmy Xbox on about half an hour before I actually want to play anything as I will need to download the new dashboard?!!
Its page after page of adverts...not a step forward, why IE, whats the point of that we all have computers to surf. Needs to go back to being a games console all this being the centre of everything is just corperate greed and I don't much like it...there, been waiting weeks to be able to say that.
If you think this is annoying, just wait till they slather this thing with the Windows 8 interface. They've been throwing that thing around like the entertainment at a bachelor party (not that I would know of such things, I blame movies).
That said, I'm so far pretty "meh" on the new interface. I'll get used to it, order a keyboard to go with my controller and possibly use the internet and youtube through my xbox. What I would love to have had as an option would be the ability to pause a game, look up the walkthrough on the internet browser and then pop back into the game. I know we've all got other PCs and laptops and phones, but being able to do it with one device is something I used to really enjoy about PC gaming.
I've still not got the update yet, I'll be last no doubt... I knew they had it in for me...

Yeah, this one takes a bit. Mine went for probably 15 minutes and 2 reboots before it was ready to do anything last night.
.....and all I wanted to do was watch a little Netflix.
