My new ride...

For virual racing that is.

Just received my rSeat last night.  I had to rush just to get it ready in time for my Modern Muscle race.  Today I was able to clean up the mess and make everything look neat.  The setup is awesome and rock solid.  Sitting in the perfect position for serious racing.

The only problem I had with the rig is the pedal platform.  It pivots to allow the pedals to be angled up which feels more natural, but the screws that are supposed to hold it in place couldn't do the job because there is too much force when the brake is applied hard.  I tightened it until I thought something would break and it still moved.  Came up with a solution though.  I cut a section of 2x8 wood, painted it black and attached it under the front of the platform with some wood screws with the holes that were already in the platform.  Now it is rock solid.
