My Forza 4 is dead...

Well, not really... However, it's in the box and probably won't be coming back out.

Some of you may have noticed that I haven't really be online and not really around here either...  Or maybe not. :) I apologize for not being around here much.

I'm sorry to say that Forza 4 "killed itself" for me... I didn't think it would. I enjoyed it for awhile, even defended it on many occasions. However, in the end, many of the things I had defended actually caused me to lose interest in the game. I'm not going to bother going into the details. Other than to note that all of the connection issues were probably the major cause. I played Forza to talk to my buddies, to have a common interest, the connection issues took that away. So, in short, I'm no longer playing Forza 4 for the forseeable future. If I do it will be on the controller...

In an odd turn of events, transitioning to the wheel actually made the game worse for me, very much worse. This wasn't because I couldn't drive with the wheel. It was because I knew how good driving with the wheel should feel... I can't get that from Forza 4. Anyhow, I'll quit blabbing on about it.

All that said, I would like to say that I always enjoyed racing with you all and just generally having fun. It saddens me that I'm going to miss and have missed that. Hopefully the next Forza will be better and I can join the fun again. Until then, it is extremely unlikely that you will see me online unless I am testing something. I haven't lost interest in racing, not in the LEAST, just Forza... So I'm not going anywhere ;)
