MORS and quickscoping

So I'm usually a guy that hates the QQ threads but what is with this gun and quickscoping?  I read multiple times and in multiple places that quickscoping wouldn't be possible in this game and th developers set out to make this a reality. I took it with a grain of salt because people can always figure out a play style they like, and honestly quickscoping in other games never bothered me much anyways because very very few people were actually any good at it and if they were, that shit was hard so more power to them.  But I've played a number of games in a row now where entire teams are playing with the MORS sniper and not even getting the reticle close and getting kills. Seriously, like all 6 of them. Their method just seems to be aim and sweep somewhere around the target and cash in kills. I've watched every kill cam and many times they are meters away from me getting kills. Really really dumb...
