Only matchmaking games will be on dedicated servers.

That sucks.... Maybe we'll have to take a full house into matchmaking...

Might work if they let us take up to 16 into MM. Still going to get randoms from time to time.

Not a huge deal to me. The biggest advantage of dedicated servers to me is that that one guy from Europe or Mexico isn't going to pull host every game in matchmaking, so that the other 7-15 players have a horrible game. It also means that people won't be able to cheat by manipulating the connection, bridging host, standbying, hitting people offline, etc. All of those things are only a concern in matchmaking. I've never been cheated in a custom game.

Dedicated servers still have internet BS that happens, it's just not as one-sided. It's not like custom gamers are suddenly missing out on having the game play like it's on LAN.

Man, playing on foreign connections is so awful. I remember spending a week counting the number of times I played foreigners back in Reach. It was roughly 70% of the games, usually against Mexicans or Columbians (which is absurd since I live in New York).
