I logged into FM4 last night, and was sent a car from T10.. I Want to say it was a Camaro, but I'm not sure. That's the Prize for suffering through Laguna Seca in the Charger, right? (Rampage KoTT) I don't remember seeing it when I went into Rivals mode to run the Regatta... Is that car not eligible? I hat that when they send you a car, they don't tell you what its for, and you just need to know.
I bought a Camaro, and put Psyber's tune on it. First run, beat the time, I will share it in the Central Garage tonight when I get home, forgot to do it last night. (Launch at red line, catch at 2200 RPM. Super Easy)
I think that's it... I wish you could view your garage while not on your Xbox... h - And did they send out the R18 TDI yet? I know that was the booby prize for trying..
I appreciate the free unicorn from turn 10 (even if I just got one for something else) But I'm sure glad that that KOTT was an easy one to beat cause that paint scheme is just awful.
Yeah, it looked terrible.. Can I paint over it, make it look decent?

Yeah, that Camaro Tune is killer. It hooks up and goes, even if the wheels are FUGLY. So, the KoTT is now 1:31.xxx clean? If so, I dunno how I'm gonna scrubb 6+ seconds off.. Wow.
Last I saw JPM's lap was 1:32.117 clean.
There's rampant speculation in FM.net's thread that he'll hop back on and lower his time, but a few of us 2O4F'ers think he's done.

Psybertech has a tune for a '69 Camaro on his SF.. It's cheap, and rocks to beat this time. it adds enough weight to fit, and adds enough HP to make it go plenty fast. :)
He also has a Daytona Charger which I ran a 16.000 with. Both are in the East Clubhouse if you have access...
Psyber, if you see this, can you gift me that tune, so I can share the car in the central garage? I tried last night, and I couldn't, since the tune was locked.
I'm OK on the front srtaight, into turns 1 and 2, but after that, he just pulls away from me. If I get a good run at it, I'm a couple seconds off, but the lap is always drity. My best clean lap is 1:38.xxx. The car moves and slides around so much, it's hard to keep the power in it and still carry decent speed through the corners. And that Flat left hand turn before the S towrds the end kills me.. Haven't found a good spot to turn in to carry some more speed into it. Indy frustrates the hell out of me, kind of like Silverstone used to...

I might do one more version seeing that the top times are still .3 away so there is more to be had in the gearing... somewhere...............
