The Cortina is an icon and the Lotus Cortina is a racing icon of it's era on this side of the pond. The Ford Transit is the most versatile Van Ford have ever made and has been the backbone of small businesses since its first appearance, it has the tag of being the van that drives and handles like a car, so much so that it was the most popular vehicle of choice among both police and bank robbers during the sixties. Another icon of British motoring, Ford have delighted in producing lunatic race versions just for fun.
Lotus Cortina, now theres a car, I have secretrly been yearning for one of theses for years, I can rermember my dad had the mk1 cortina, followed by the mk2 when I was young, I know thats a long time ago, I used to love seeing it in the rallies etc, now I can pretend I have my very own, as for the transit, man I have done some miles in those things, before I had my HGV I used to average about 2,000 miles a week in one, did that for about 10 years, by my reconing thats about 1,040,000 miles, not that it will help me in F4, cant wait to see all the great paints that are going to come out for it, just hope I will be able to do a race without stopping to do a delivery every other lap.
I figured I might get some heat from across the pond. I'll admit my knowledge of English cars is quite lacking. I'll check out that video when I have a free moment.
I am sticking with my WTF opinion of the van.... I don't know what Ford is smoking over there in Europe.
You can get the Ford Transit here too. Seen lots used sas Cabs, and as vehicles for Plumbers and tradesmen. I see them all over. Even saw a few with FedEx paint jobs on them for the express parcel servies.
I get the feeling they should have called this pack "May's Euro car pack" lol.
I dont even mind that i have to pay for this one.
Iam going to try and paint my work transit paint on this one :)
I don't think I'm going to be buying the van. But if I do I'll do those liveries. I just ask for a couple of R1 cars in exchange. I already have the UPS logo and a kind of cool paint scheme.

Just let me know what you need Snappy. I have plenty of ingame credits.
Fortunatly they can never find my place so I drive out and meet them and do my own final delivery...though I have to say the guy that comes out our way is a sound bloke, but I have seen a few of those horror vids right enough.
Can someone please put a UPS paint job on the Ford van for me? I wanna drive the truck.
Here are some pictures:

Cortinas with sport tires at Fujimi. I can't beleive I just typed this...
I've run the wheels off (literally) the Cortina in rFactor. Ball of a little car. Damn I'd like to have one.
Yeah, I'll be buying that car. That'll make 3 DLC cars total. Hehe.
Cannot wait to get my hands on the Transit. Seriously
I'm looking forward to the Van also, and I'm still looking for someone to paint a UPS livery for it, see reply #29. I wanna drive the truck.
I will get some pics of my yards Transit on Monday and will pay up to 10 million cr for it to be recreated.
Its nothing crazy but only pics i have right now are of the wagons we have

Oh yeah. You got any more helpers like her? I might have to pick up a route myself.
I`m doing the Fed Ex van, their customer service is legendary, as you can see.
