Looking for 2 more players to play Team ThrownDown with..
Hoplite and myself will be playing TTD on Mondays and Wednesdays starting around 7:30 pm pst. We are looking for players that would like to consistantly play on those nights and times. Starting much earlier would be tough.
If you can only make one of those days that is fine as well. The days are pretty set, the other days are our clan nights (lol).
I kind of want to get this started before the CSR kicks in so we can get to know each other play styles and call outs.
Don't worry about getting yeld at, we are average at best. Getting mocked is a different story, cause that is part of the fun.
But we are definitely looking for a little more commitment then "Hey if I am on send me an invite".
Well you knew I'd respond didn't you. haha! Well you won't hurt my feelings if you end up finding people more qualified, but I might be interested. That's going to be 9:30p my time (central) I believe... how long are you guys wanting to play for those nights?
If you can do better than not missing the game winning flag cap, then sign up.
We started late on Monday, about 10 (i'm central as well). We played for about an hour since I had to leave earlier than normal, got in 5-6 games I think.
See this is kind of the perfect bar to measure things by. If I would have had the pvr Doodi is supposed to send me we could share it for all.
Full disclosure, I missed the game winning cap in OT on Simplex (with partial OS) by taking the worst angel ever attempted to do the front base jump. It was so much fail, like top 10 tourney play ever level of fail.
Haha well I'm still new to the game so I will probably miss a lot of those at first. But I'm motivated to win and will take learning seriously. My skill will be my only potential downfall.
so I'll probably have to be off by 11c/9p at the latest. If that won't be a problem I'll be on tonight and you guys can test drive me.
I would be all over this if you guys started earlier, but since I get up at 5:00 AM every day for work, I like to be in bed around 10:00 PM (I'm on central time as well), but I can perhaps be a rebel and stay up until 10:30 PM...lol
Mondays would be my best day to play. I usually have commitments to other groups on Wednesdays.
I've started playing some Team Throwdown recently, but I've been pretty much playing alone as my other Halo friends either do not like the list or parties end up too big and going into BTB. I don't really like getting pulled into BTB all the time, when I'd rather be playing in the 4v4 or 5v5 playlists.
I know, not a very firm commitment. Drop me a FR if you get desperate and need somebody that is perhaps better than a random...lol

My availability is going to be sporatic tonight due to a project I have due tomorrow, but for the most part I think I can do a monday or a wednesday if not both. If you haven't filled the spot by Monday I'll do my best to be on!
I would love to participate regularly, but the kids are horrible...so I can't :(

it is still hit and miss. Monday and Weds are our "dedicated" TTD night. Tonight is clan night, but that could me anywhere from 2 to 9 of us show up
