INFO: Day One, VIP, Ltd. Edition, La Ferrari DLC Packs

OK, I was really confused by all of the differing info on these packs.  Here is a definitive explanation.

I bought the download version, and also the VIP pass.  I didn't think I got anything for Day One or VIP yet but I did - because I bought the Focus ST w/500 tuning last night (awesome car, Day One only) and the RUF Yellowbird which is in the VIP pass only.  So my things I'm still missing are all the other VIP perks and crown and 2x CR, and the Lotus E21 gift.

edit:  I may be wrong.  I think I actually had the Ford Fiesta ST (500).  That seems to have been a Tier 2 gift?
