If you have Halo 4 early, I would suggest getting in touch with MS or someone from 343 to make sure it is ok to play the game on your box. Apparently, there is/was a whitelist of gamertags for media and reviewers that could play Halo 4 without getting GT and/or console banned. Frankie chimes in quickly on his thread to say that he'll rectify the situation, but upon looking at the GT in question, he is still banned.
I'm not sure when the whitelist is no longer relevant. Just a heads up.
