What's the difference between "marksman" and "sniper rifles"?
Think of Markman Rifles like the Fal and similar single shot rifles. They are supposed to be a inbetween AR and sniper type deal.
Looking at earlier articles also their goal was to allow this new class of guns so they can make snipers harder to use. We will see if that happens
