Little bit more fiddling and have sent Knight, Mr School and Stevie 2 revised tunes.
Easy Dawg is the easist to drive and fast dawg is the fastest, simple really.
There is not a lot in it to be honest probably about .5 around the twin rings east ciircuit, I am getting 1.39.5 and 1.40.08 but the easy tune is more consistant. Please havea go and see what you can do as I am a bit ham fisted when it comes to this thing, I am using the wheel by the way I reckon I would be faster with the controller....
I drove the original c tune you had in the 2o4e garage. And I teased and tormented Jimmee with it as he drove his FWD beetle, although on a couple tracks we did swap spots a few times.
He seemed to have more speed down the Mugello short straight, but if I got a good run outta the last turn I was able to run with him.
On twisty's I tore him up a bit, , passed him through the Infineon IRL chicane, we swapped spots twice, I still have to go back and look at that replay, I don't know how I did it!
My thoughts exactly, I have something I am working on that has an extra 10hp with about 10% less grip. Will send it over for comment, not my favorite but interested to hear other opinions.
Just caught Dawg on his last legs and had a run in the 63 seems just about right for what we have in mind, if the FWD one is on a par that is the first two cars. Now, with the time we have to play around, another two cars that will run with the 63 VW's same deal one front one rear :)
Spent a few hours tonight with Mr School, Mr Jim and Fitzy running the Beetle tunes around and 'think' we are there or there abouts with the 63. We were initially running with another tune but this was deemed to be too stable so was changed for another I put together which is as fast but needs a bit more love to get it around the circuits. There was about .5 seconds between the old and new Beetle around several circuits so pretty close.
We ran for fun in just the 63's and had some very close racing so I think that this is going to be another killer series from Knight.
I would have to thank Pap and Mr T for guiding me on how to tune as without them this would have been nowhere near as good as it is.
Have updated the club garage with the tune if anyone fancies a go feed back always welcome.
Just firing up the box and sending it over.

If you want to tune it a bit more feel free.

On Nurb GP short, I ate him up.
I just looked in on this thread.
I looked at my tune on the 04 bug. I am running street tires and stock trans on it, I will have a look at different parts to see where it goes.
LOL, uh oh....
Try ditching the whale tail and buying some stickers...
going to try somethin, but the tail pays for the tires
Shall we organise a session this evening for a little test and tune?
Would be interested to get others opinions and see if this is a go for knight FWD vs RWD series.
P.
I'm up for it, significant other willing...
Jimmee runs witha pretty rough crowd on Friday nights...
Mr School,
Would be interested in your opinion on the Easy and fast tunes.
Not a huge amount in it but enough for me to feel the differance.

Sorry I am off to the flicks tonight, must keep the misses happy as she is funding my computer upgade for Pc racing
Will check out this afternoon. I'd say the one I drove could lose a tad of grip for more speed, but I AM a grip person.
Remember we're trying to bring these two cars into the same neighborhood.

If you need any testing doing send me the tunes over will have a look.
