File Share Question for H4
I am assuming you cannot browse someone's file share unless you are on there friends list or have played in a game with them. Correct?
Mainly wondering if you can access their account via Waypoint Website and download a file there (like from Reach). I have tried searching but cannot find it.

waypoint file share isn't operating yet. I don't know about recent players, but you can do it for friends, including anyone that a FR is pending.
I know you can browse by GT in the file share option in Halo 4, but it has yet to provide any results for me except the MLG maps from IMI E D I C
You can search for anyone's file share by GT in game. I was able to get to someone's file share who is not on my FL, although I think it really sucks that 343 doesn't have that up yet on the interwebz.
