okay , i know i am a little late but i finally got FM4 yesterday.
ran a little career mode last night , looked around at the some of the stuff.
couple of clan questions and game questions. i willl start with the game questions.
where is the top gear stuff?
why is the interface bugging me so much? is it just that i am sooo used to fm3?
also is it just me or is the handling different? after losing all my save data for fm3 (twice) i picked it back up again recently and restarted career mode ...ran through until i got enough money to get the bmw 2002 turbo then was using that car exclusivley , uprgrading as needed. i just got it in fm4 and it seems to be a totally different beast.
and wtf fm5 already? maybe i shoulda just waited?
on to the clan stuff

Yeah, the interface is screwy. You'll get used to it...for the most part.
Handling is very different from 3. Takes some getting used to, but not bad once you get recalibrated.
FM5 isn't likely to be until next fall, so you're safe there. Forza Horizons is something completely different.
Race Event / Schedule info is in it's own subforum. Links are at the top of the 2O4F forum homepage. Painting/Tuning is setup in subforums as well.
For number plates, post up a request in the Painting/Tuning subforums. Someone will get you hooked up in fairly short order.
As to why you can't stop.....well, you're on your own there. We all got that problem!
