Welcome! GT6 only allows for 2 digit numbers to be applied to ceratin cars so you will need to review the number sheet and pick a GT6 number that is avaialbe
Its '00' and is an actual racing number, used mostly by Nascar, although i havnt ever seen a car with '0' or '000'
