BRITCAR PRO Trophies and awards - final announcement
Hi everyone
Sorry for the delay, but crashing the family car put a delay on getting the trophies decided and ready to send out.
So the final results are
Room A
Super champion JCotter - address received
Inter champion KingCobra - address received
Club champion Track assassin - address received
Room B
Super champion - Kraigger- address received
Inter champion - Steviegers- address received
Club champion - gizzie - address received
Best paint
2 were submitted. I felt that whilst both were strong, I liked the outrageous use of colour and pattern in Jdankerts. I think it really reflected the personality of the driver. So congratulations to him. Address needed.
Drivers driver
This was incredibly difficult. We felt there were two clear candidates.
PTRpaparazzi displayed his racing skills in keeping some 3 wide racing really clean. It could have ended so differently without his race craft, however.......
The award goes to ANTZ2NDXBOX for his race craft in tangling with Fitzy. I am told it was an impressive performance. Address needed.
Rookie award
Goes to Gomba. Joined 2O4F during the organisation of this event and despite having a few setbacks in his preparations, made the race and put in a really solid performance. Address needed.
Congratulations everyone. Please pm me your addresses or nil returns asap. Failure to get your address in by Saturday 19th January will mean your trophy will not be sent out. I can't send them piecemeal as due to restrictions on my time and access to the post office, I need to send them all on the same day.
Oh, the Church pro award was not awarded. No one wiped out impressively. Shame on you.

You have the honour of having an award named after you.
I assume however that you could throw a qualifying move at will.
Tell you guys what. I have made the trophy and its sitting here in my office. Let's award it based on a class wipeout in the BTCC series.
If you wish to be considered for the trophy, you must submit an edited 30 second clip via FM4 to me. I won't wade through replays for this.
All submitted clips will be assembled in an outtakes video at the end of the season should that prove possible. Comedy sounds and commentary guaranteed.

Thanks for the reminder that I finished dead last in the inter class, I was having such a good nights racing. Just in case anyone missed it that last part was sarcasm.
