Bob Earl Racing = Stellar Customer Service
So as I was leaving for my road trip I received an email from Bob Earl himself. He apologized for not being around personally when my order shipped (he was in Europe racing vintage race cars...lucky bastard ) and wanted to make sure I received a stiffener plate with my cockpit since he saw I was running a Fanatec. I responded that I hadn't, but I would be out of town for a couple weeks and would give him a shout upon my return. Let him know yesterday I was back, confirmed mailing address and he let me know he already had it earmarked, boxed up and would have it off shortly.
That is old-school customer service. Almost nobody in retail follows up on orders anymore.
I dont think Ive ever heard of service like that before.
Even at my place.
Oh yeah, forgot to mention....
No charge!

That's awesome! It's amazing how something as simple as that can sway you become a customer for life.
