They've given some info about the new zombie modes as well, can't find the link right now.
Survival: The usual zombie mode. Board up the windows and last as long as you can.
Grief: Thanks to the new multiplayer engine, this is the "competitive" zombie mode. It's team against zombies against team. Your group of four and the other group of four have to survive as long as you can. You can't shoot each other, only the zombies but you can use the environment to hinder them. They didn't go into detail but it'd imagine stuff like building fences or turrets or something like that.
Tranzit: This is the mode in the trailer. Kinda like with L4D you're moving along a map and you get the choice of going on foot or in the bus. With the bus you get some advantages like speed but you're isolated. If you go on foot obviously there's more zombies but you can collect materials that can be used to build weapons and tools to open new areas of the world.
They've also said you'll be able to change the rules this time around. Not sure what that means. Maybe you can give yourself super health if you just want to run around and kill zombies or start with the ray gun or something.

This looks awesome!! I am really looking forward to this game. I just hope they can pull this off. It seems like an awful lot packed into one disc
