These aren't new, if I remember it properly. At least the Teleporter Ability was discusses in a podcast. It was replaced by Thruster Pack.
Apparently these abilities are just unused code that don't get removed. I doubt we'll ever see this stuff in MM.
Yeah, I can see it both ways, for sure. If it's hanging out in the code, it could certainly still be tinkered with and added later. These seem like two rather interesting things to add to the fray down the road, though (if that's accurate).
They say that someone broke the code for it and that maybe it is used in a later update? I think that both woud be usefull but i dont how much. In dominion the teleporter woul;dnice to jump to a base that is being taken. It doesnt matter to me if they come out with both of these people say they are OP but they have the abitlity to use them also. Its not like they can only be used by a specific set of people or loadout right?

Well, the fact that everyone can use something that's overpowered doesn't make it less overpowered. Exhibit one is the Boltshot.
The thruster pack could use a tweak like that. As it is I find it useless, you barely move a foot. But letting you use it as a double jump or go a bit farther might make it actually worth picking.
I also wouldn't mind seeing that hacker ability if for no other reason than to screw with jetpackers trying to get into the center ring on Abandon and make them fall and die.
I find thruster pack immensely useful, the distance you move has saved me from hundreds of deaths, and I've earned a ton of ninja assassinations using it. Check out the video Vent+Thrust=Ninja in my fileshare to see another use for it. Don't forget to recommend it to your friends :)
it seems to me that thruster works even better if you use it multi-directional.
i can go from top floor on Haven down both ramps and around the coner in one burst. it seems if you just go sideways/forward/backward without changing directions you don't move as far.
