1994 MX-5 Miata Cup

If nothing is on after the clio cup I will be running a test session for an upcoming series.

The build is pretty easy.

Car - 1994 Mazda MX-5.

Upgrades - Race Exhaust and race air filter.

Everything race on, Platform and handaling + Drivetrain.

Race tyres , Full width front and rear.

Rims are upto you.

Forza front and wing aero.

Other aero kits are upto you but you must have them on.

No conversions

Final drive set to 4.60

Aero must be set to:

75LBS Front

138 LBS Rear

The car is fully tuneable and it will be around B443 pi. Tracks will be short ones. I have a tune in my Sf and will put a car in the euro garage

Obviously the cars are not very fast but are really easy to drive, are RWD and look good painted :) The tracks will be short with a lot of turns so should make some good racing.

I did race in this car last night in d class, fun little car. They way the grid was setup was 3 lap race with fastest time the pole sitter. Unfortunately for me I dirtied the lap on the 2nd to last corner on the 2nd lap leaving me with my standing lap my fastest clean time and 7th out of 9 on the grid. It was a 25 lap race and about half through the race this guy had an outburst saying there was sand baggers in here and that he couldn't see how you can go from lapping 1.52s which I was the only one to run that time to running in the 1.44s. I tried explaining how that was my standing lap time and how I dirtied the 2nd lap which then left my 3rd lap dirty too. He then said I was a cheater. How he thinks I got an advantage by starting at the back of the grid I'll never know lol. Church if you would like the build let me know.

Final drive Must be set to 4.60

Aero must be set to:

75LBS Front

138 LBS Rear

The feedback before my Internet died was really good with these cars. Lap times where really close and Max hates them :)

Does B446 sound right?  I added rims, body kits and hood.  The rims bumped it to 444 and the hood and body kits bumped it to 446.  Please let me know before I start painting it.

Got my Mx5 ready (im assuming it is ok to use your tune settings for it off your storefront CPR?

Painting is always allowed, just sometimes some series actually have 'requirements" for paints, sponsors, etc...Church usually is nice enough to avoid all that non-sense, he would rather race!

BTW, I have three or four "generic" number plates on my S/F without numbers, so the numbers can be placed over them IF anyone needs one.

I'm always open on paints. Just be sure you have your race number visible for replays etc and if there are any issues. Oh yeah oldschool is one of our top painters. There are a few around here (I'm not one btw)

I've painted this car before. If I remember correctly anything on the hood becomes mirrored during a race. Anyone else have that problem?
