Race 1 : It seems the way to over take is to force your way past ........................f u to that person !!

Race 2 : it seems the way to over take is to spin you off......................................f u to that person !! Gave up chasing from the back after pushing too hard and hitting the wall

So I am now taking the above methods in to the next race.......................watch out !!

Apologies for the bad language

Sim

Give what you will Sim, but when someone says I'm inside and they have two wheels on the curb to give you room and you still take the inside line.... shit happens.

Maybe I shouldn't have bothered. Sorry Church, thought I was past you. Then hit a lag ghost at turn 1 to end up last.

Race day !

I am back from holidays, which were very different from what we thought it will be. We had very bad, cold, wet and stormy weather and the family decided to go back home after 13 days instead of 20. Well, it seems that we made our summer holidays for the last time to Texel, Netherlands.

Next year we want to have better weather and all family members voted for a trip to ......... you won't believe it .......... to Scotland! If thoses scots let us in. They will vote for souveranity in October, right? We will come via Ferry from Amsterdam and then looking for nice camping areas, some history (castles, ...) and three entertaining and relaxing weeks. We are thankfull for any tipps, hints and links in preparation of our trip. We want to come from July 25th to August 15th. May be there is a BTCC 2015 race somewhere near?

For the race today I am expecting not much for me, because I was not able to make enough training laps. But I am happy to be back on track with you guys!

Gents for the le man race i have decided to change things up a little and have a roll off handicap based on your pawer percentage at the endo of indy

The roll off will be for each handicap value will:

0% = 00:00
10% = 00:30
15% = 00:45
20% = 01:00

What are your thoughts folks?

I think that is O.K.

Only the percentage at one point in time is not a good indicator in my opinion.

Maybe count the podium places in this series until the race before.

4  Podiums => 00:30

8  Podiums => 00:45

12 Podiums => 01.00

Or something like that.

The change for a courcion goes down but when it happens the handicap is gone.

So maybe skip couciouns.

Or build in a handicap delay in courcion's also.

I ike the idea Majong may do something like that too and see what it looks like with the driver split.

Thats what I thought so thought it might be interesting to try something a little different as dont want to ruin a race for people.

Thanks for racing, guys. Sorry for trouble caused by me.

I will stay on FM4, because there is no money left for a xbox one. So if anyone will host something on saturday or sunday, that would be great.

Hey guys,

just watched the replay, if I am was causing that caution. I was following DSeeker and closing up to pass him on the straight. I did not touch him, but suddenly he flew. From my point of view. From DSeekers camera to the back it also seems so, that I am wasn't the problem.

Hey wait..... in slow motion Church is flying back and forward. He was in front of us, right? Wow, what a lag.

Well, I am happy, that I was not the problem.

My race was .... I was not last, but my inconsistency was terrible. With no handicap I should have made it somewhere near to place 5. But it was good to follow some of you aliens and fast guys to see your driving lines.

@majong: I am using that "cheap" non force feedback MadCatz wheel too. I wished I would have 1000.- Euros for a xbox1 and a fanatec wheel. I am saving money for that, but I think this will take time until release of Forza 6 or 7. :-))

Today I had problems with my earphone. It lagged too and lost signal again and again. Don't know, what caused it. Batteries were full. Will have to check.

See you all next week.

The upgrade to XBOX1 was not cheap on my side, I had to send my wife to a very warm island beach for 10 days to

get permision. So no budget left for a FF wheel.

I am wondering what FF brings, more realistic fealing I am sure.

But don,t think it brings lower laptime,s.

The MadCatz Gas and break bedle,s are much worse than te Trustmaster Spider version.

Unreliable breaking does slow you down or make,s th other racer,s mad when I hit them.

I don't know where I have to send my wive to to get permision for a fanatec wheel ?

So that wil not happen.
