Had a huge run with Fitzy through most of the race, and while that was going on, we caught OldSlowFred, quite by accident. A tempermental beast of a car, but some great racing for sure...
I had a problem keeping the right hand wheels on the pavement. Wasn't really drifting wide or wobbling, just seemed to be too far right, a perspective issue perhaps? Just how WIDE is that thing?

Yup fraid to say I'd be the first to say hang on in and just try to settle in and pick up what you can. But I'm a little obsessed LOL.
Not a bad race in the end for Knight, had a couple of good battles but my wheel kept skipping third gear so that made me a sitting target a couple of times and that was that. But settled into a nice grove and held of one more challenge and ended with an easy eighth. So considering the lack of practice...only 20 laps as opposed to my normal 60+ and how much I hated the car...not bad.
Turns out, for the first time ever, the router has switched to moderate NAT despite the port forwarding, static IP and wired connection. Felt hooked up with the 458. What were you averaging Church? Raddo? Rogue? etc......

Raddo held the lead the entire race, but I was nipping at his heels waiting for the mistake that never came. we finished just a few tenths apart. Gizzie had a good qual lap which started him in second, but he made a few mistakes that kept him a second or 2 back most of the race. Raddo and I were running mostly in the low 2:02s. I had one lap 2:01 something. It was a very good race. Not an easy car to get a handle on, but if you are smooth with the throttle, it can be somewhat tamed.

Might have been quite competitive then. I was putting in some 2:00.xxx's in practice but averaging 2:01:5xx. Love mid engined rwd cars.

This is getting silly, the only one I have in the ford showroom that I bought for this event is 425, I have looked several times thinking that I was in the wrong car but that is the only one to be found....someone whant to send me one, Sigh this is not the only time I seem to be lacking a car everyone else seems to have...don't understand it.
strange just checked leaderboard and its the correct car, apart from PI is wrong, you haven't accidentley hit quick upgrade by mistake have you, try loading the stock tune back on it, that should do the trick
Must have come upgraded...all I did was buy it and drive it. Never went near tuning. I'll have a look, must be downgradable to stock. Arse, now I'm gonna of the pace and then some LOL. Never mind short track so it could be worse.
Yeah, I missed 1 race myself, and discoed in the Viper race (DNFed). But yeah, EUSL should be interesting.
Had a brilliant last 12 laps w/ Fitzy in the Escorts today. Shame he had to give it up in the last corner trying to be drift hero and giving me the chance to pass him up before the line. You coulda had 3rd overall!

Now I am really sure, that I don't like short track racing. After all I also had a little win :-) I was not the last racer after the quali.
In one week EUSL III will start. I have to check, wether I am allowed to drive, because I had missed the quali, but if so, this will be pure fun. Looking forward to it!

Yeah don't worry JD, we had some fun in the early stages, you were driving me crazy I so wanted to get passed you and up the road but you hung on like grim death and didn't give an inch. Even when it got a little physical you gave as good as you got...See you in the EUSL

Had a bad day 2day had a few wheel probs continued on it to the eusl quali 1st round got it sorted for the second round but i was shit in that to.
Yeah i had fun lol. Next time I will drive the cars before I pick them lol
