No worries mate, i've not had much practice on IRL so im just using this race as practice to get used to the car and tune and any result will be a bonus :)
Don't know if i can make it this week, little one is running a high temperature and is quite poorly, slept on and off throughout the day which means she may well be up late and I might have to go to her..
If anyone's wondering why I was parked during the first Caution; I had to change the setting on my headset cause I couldn't hear any voice over the game sounds, it was just by luck that I heard the caution, sorry for the hold-up
Yeah I think my best lap was in the low 1:57s if I remember correctly so a whole second off my previous best lap.
At least I've got a whole week to practice for the next race rather than a few days lol.
Just an FYI, I didn't leave beause of any of YOU I left beause of ME. Had truoble concentrating wih led to making mistakes, wih led to me overdriving the car wich led to even more mistakes, etc. etc. etc. Double upshifting by my wheel didn't help matters either.

Parcells trick to overcome this common phenomena is lots of weed. It doesn't prevent the phenomena from happening mind you but when it does happen, you care a lot less.

This is my Car for this as I've finished the Design.. It's not brilliant but at least I made one!!

I start the new guys at the front and give them a bit of a lead - which i need to extend slightly. :)
Well I done a bit of practice last night and got down from mid 1:52s to mid 1:48s but I think there's still a bit of time to find there.
I'll open up the room shortly after 8:30 if new guys want to jump in then and get some tips :)

Don't worry goat, the cautions seem to be a bit of a mess so i'll update the Original post to make it clearer.
Shame we can really run the headstart thing with the cautions as i'd like to give the new groups a chance to get away.
