Elder scrolls online guild??

So I just got eso on sale and I wondered if 2o2p has a guild on it and if so how do I join?? Would like to play with some veterans that will help not just insult me for being a n00b gamer tags is agedsandshark it's all ways the same thing makes things easy that way
