I took your dodge ram and another car out months ago cause a few guys said they had no brakes lol.....pretty sure i messaged u about that could be mistaken other than that i havent touched anything..
This is for everyone in the club.
Ive noticed a few cars being added to the garage with weird pi # that are not maxed out to its class could you please post the reasoning for these tunes here so other members know what its for, or i will remove them from the garage...example specific pi rivals tunes, iam sure someone wouldnt be to happy pulling a drag tune out in a lobby lol
Also could guys send there tunes to testers and get feedback before sharing them in the garage, from f-b I figure if a tune can hit a top 1000 time it can be deemed as a competitive lobby car worthy of sharing, sorry to sound harsh but the reason i started this garage was to keep it organized and filled with ONLY competitive cars for members to quickly pick through for races, we can always gift our fun tunes to each other by posting here and seeing whos interested
Oh....the Dodge Ram with the 5 star storefront rating. My C3 Vette, which is competitive, was also recently removed. I was not contacted about the removal of either...although admittedly I was MIA for the Ram removal due to my console being stolen by jealous Arabs...or possibly crackheads. I was basically sharing tunes that were fun to drive, not necessarily the most competitive tunes. I will agree that your sharing philosophy does, in fact, sound harsh but at the same time I can see the reasoning behind it. I will endeavor to keep my sharing more in line with this more serious top 1000 themed approach in mind.
My other question, perhaps buried too deep in litany to be discerned, is "what is the maximum number of cars one is allowed to share with the garage?" 5? 10? Please advise...
1) Built and base tuned an A600 Stingray as requested. It ran top 800 on Ladera full and a so-so #2300 I think on Road Atlanta Club (1.00.9). Not bad, but I always have a hard time with these bullet cars with way more power than grip. Standard muscle car rules apply - light on the gas and smooth pressure and its not bad. Times ran without TCS so it can be more forgiving with TCS on. Not too shabby. Test her out.
2) Jaguar D-Type - I ran this right after the Stingray on Rd Atlanta Club and it was faster by .5 (1.00.441) but there were things I just didn't like. The springs made me fell a little naucious... it was slightly undulating up and down and I can't put my finger on it, but thecar pushed too hard into turns when coming in a tad hot and the diff wasn't helping. That time put the car at 1030 or so on the LB.
Overall I liked the car....... I liked it so much that I built my own A600 version and re-ran Rd Atlanta and ran a 1.00.151 within 5 laps. All laps were close really. It was tighter, less undulatingly bumpy and turned in much better hot and normlly. I can shave even more off it, but that time placed me at #831.
I then took my build to Sunset Club and put down a 1.02.546 which was good for #658 on the LB, .8 behind Assassin in a Rs200 which he ran this past week. It has .5 more in it in turn one when you shave the clear coat off the right side taking that turn (did it a few times and unfortunately messed up elsewhere on the track - but .5 is available in the build).
I am sorry, but I couldn't get the times in the club garage Jag.
I am putting it up in the garage now and ask that people that have tried the garage DType by M3 to try this and compare. Not to say this is better... it may be my driving style, but to me it was more planted and stable. The diff isn't totally nerfed like I do in aton of rocket muscle cars to help tame them so you can get some good control though sweepers.
ROCKET: sorry that I went and built a different version. I would have tweaked yours if I had it but since I didn't I built one. Its specs are different. I have a tad more grip in the build but the benchmarks were very, very close.

Use it or not... just sharing my experience.
No problems psyber.
1. I didn't know you were working on a Stingray--we released a Jones build with tweaks by me and F1SH0 last night.
2. Jag D-Type CBH tune (Both Jone and I have worked on it) is currently with F1SH0 for further tuning. If you'll send me your tune, we'll do the camparisons.

Actually I wasn't working on it. I just put one together after going through the last post you made here which asked for one. I didn't see anything where one was in the works so I just did. No worries, I'll pull it from the garage.

I already put it in the garage but I will send it to you when I log back in.

Roger that. Please post here, msg me on XBL or send me the tune in the future when you start work on any requests. That way, I can coordinate and pass on info to other tuners. Unfortunately, not everyone in the club frequents this thread or even the forum.

Thanx man!
I need the tunes to do comparo's. Also, I'm not that good of a driver, and the only way to run anything that's in the Club Garage is to Hot Lap it. That affects the club rankings since I'll be putting in laps of slow driving, and also not being able to adjust anything. When I have the tune, I run it in tuning mode so I can make as many mistakes as I want to, goof around in the car to see what it'll do (run the curbs and warning strips, mow the grass, etc.), adjust a thing or two, etc. And none of that registers as actual drive time and won't affect the club rankings.
The RAM was pulled when your console was stolen and I wasn't sure if u were going to be back anytime soon to adjust the brake setting, the tune minus the brakes were great!
As for the amount of tunes shared I dont see why there needs to be a limit if u can create a 100 competitive tunes than by all means share them!
The reason I said top 1000 times from f-b class is because there are vary few cars in those classes t hat are competitive, above b class is open game. The problem with this game is not that there is a lot of shit cars in the game, they are infact quit even....its just there's 5 really good cars that are just way better than the rest.
the comment may have seemed harsh but the reasoning behind it is when your in a lobby with 1min to pick your car it gets frustrating scrolling through 50 cars trying to find the one you want, and before the patch the garage scrolled like a snail.
The other reason when the garage was started a lot of guys asked that the garage be organized and filled with quality tunes.
I just pulled a top 1000 time with the RAM at the Top Gear track...did you want me to re-share it? Please keep in mind that the brakes are still shit. #620...not too shabby! Please advise...
I tried running the Ram at about 12 different tracks to get a top 1000 time...maybe I shouldn't have, in retrospect, reduced the braking pressure to 8%...bad tuning on my part. Sorry fellas.
Cars out for testing.: These are usually made available in the Club Garage. If there's something specific you want so you can tweak to provide feedback on, please contact me.
1. 1994 Mazda MX-5 Gen 1. Tune by F1SH0, Jagermeister Paint by PaiNkiLLer2112. B500 has been released (2200+ downloads!) for Among Giants rivals. Slightly over 4 star rating! C425 is in club garage. (Simon #68 Maple Short Rev) Scheduled for AH only release.

Please only Leaderboard with the Speed tune.
3. Ziggy has a R3 Lambo in club garage and is looking for feedback for possible club release. [s]swhite014 was going to test this.[/s] You will need VIP to access the car! Any feedback from club members?

If we get chosen for CBH, we need to make a good impression on the tune for the thousands of people who will win this car. F1SH0 is currently tweaking the tune. psyber has a different build that needs eval.

1. Need Cat and Mouse tunes for all the Roo65 WWII liveries. Start with AWD conversion on as many as possible. Anyone willing to help?
[s]2. 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray 427 A600 general lobby tune for upcoming WWII release.[/s] Jones got me a tune. Tweaked by me and F1SH0 and released.
3. Honda S2000 tune for Monkey Rivals reward car. I fear the time has passed for this. I did not get a definitive yay or nay on any of the S2000 tunes.
4. Need A-Class 1998 Imprezza 22B STi tune for Rivals->Track Days->Touge Traffic Duel (Fujimi Kaido) for Collab Jones is working on one. Anyone else already have one? Need this in the next day at the latest.
Personal requests for tunes by club members. Please send tunes to me so I can coordinate and catalog:
1. Zombie needs B class AWD tune for Rivals in the Open Time Attack psyber put one in club garage which Zombie likes. Need to get tune to Zombie.
2. PaiN needs a tune for 1969 Pontiac GTO Judge. Pick any appropriate class. Jones sending B-Class tune to PaiN. Completed.
3. I need a two specific tunes for 2 cars (any class): a) Evora without ugly rear aero. Front aero optional. b) TVR Sagaris tune for the Blade livery [s]I shared in the Club Garage.[/s]
4. 2O4E member stevie, A600 tune for 2005 Honda NSX-R psyber sent me his personal tune--works great, slight adj on front springs for understeer on wheel. Completed.
5. PaiNkiLLer needed a competitive Shelby Daytona tune in any appropriate class. For possible livery release. I have sent him the released companion WWII P-38 A600 tune for eval. Anyone else with a worthwhile tune?
@ M3 - Sorry I did'nt let you know sooner but I have not been able to test the Lambo R3 - Unfortunately I don't have VIP status so when I try to access the car I just get a message telling me that "this is exclusive content......" This is a shame as I would love to try the car!
@Simon: Roger that on Lambo. Ziggy, are you on here at all?
@Jones: Roger that. Will look for it tonight.
If other club members are wondering about the process to get a tune released, here's a simplified list of what's usually needed: 1. Need a nice tune. 2. Need a nice livery. 3. Need some feedback from drivers for adjustments if any. 4. Need Hot Lap times for LB tunes. Not needed for Lobby tunes. 5. Need PR and Photograhy.
Silly kiddies hate-rated the Stingray companion tune for Roo's P-38 that I put up yesterday. I really hate that--it prevents the tune from showing up in Top Rated I guess. But I'm pretty sure the SF is now going to be a target since it has been #1 and is now #2 on the Tuner LB. That F1SH0 B-Class Rivals MX-5 tune is also keeping Me Monkey 8 Me in the Top 5 on that same LB.
I think in the future, I will send an XBL message to club members as soon as the release is up on any of our SF's. If you would please go ASAP to download it and rate, the hate raters will have less opportunity to get the rating down.
Upcoming Monkey Challange Livery or why we're looking for A-Class tune for the Scooby:
They are both short/intermediate LB cars. PBs at Ladera, Camino, Positano...even broke the top 100 on a couple of point to point sections of Fujimi. Nice job, Kurupt.
Jones: Did you get the 22B tune done? If not, I have a decent one I like to run I can send out for testing. If so, I'll try to hop on the next request or so. :)
Jones: Did you get the 22B tune done? If not, I have a decent one I like to run I can send out for testing. If so, I'll try to hop on the next request or so. :)
Got both AWD and RWD from Jones last night. Sent them to F1SH0 for tweaking, and I sent them back to Jones for testing and lapping since he's most familiar with Fuji. You might want to send your tune to him as well so he can sort out what he likes.
BTW--thanx to those who got on and downloaded the latest Stingray tune and got it back to 4 stars. I was really annoyed getting home last night and seeing the Jones/F1SH0 tune at 2 stars.
I put a quick tune on the rx7 from the April pack...I've got it in the top 400 in d &c has a lot of potential if the other tuners could add to it, my driving right now isn't doing it any justice either. Painkiller is working on a paint. D class its a good lobby tune...c its pretty close to del sol fast....I've sent it out, keep in mind it was a 2 min tune with 5 laps so it has alot of work needed!
The problem inherent in any A-Class Fujimi tune is that it will always chase the ghost of an Exige or Elise. I don't have the temperment to run the Track Days challenge, and consequently don't have the funds to replace the controller when I hurl it in a profanity-laced rage. The raw tunes I sent M3 lag welll behind the Lotus twins..the AWD is 10 sec behind the Exige and the RWD lags 6 seconds behing. The RWD is faster and nimbler than its counterpart but there is a lot of persistance and luck needed in that challenge. To those who attempt it: may traffic be light and your controllers stay grounded.
The Lotus' do NOT qualify for that event--has to be a Japanese make. And please don't run the actual event because we need your controller and monitor to be working and not broken.
I just need a lap time with the Japanese car tunes on Fujimi to give me an idea about the tunes and cars.
I ran this when M3 asked earlier (2 laps only) and I simply don't know this track at all so my times are low on a long track with no experience on it. I ran a 9:14 dirty and the car itself (92 NSX) can give so much more. I know it can hit the target clean or dirty if someone who likes or just knows the track well can give it a whack. I might give this another go later for kicks. It wasn't as bad as I remember but it is LOOONNGGGG. I gifted the tune to M3 to do with as he pleases. Anyone who wants to try it, let me know. It was based off my Nurburg GP tune and the diff and springs were tweaked a tad to deal with Fujimi. I tuned them only in theory off that tune seeing how the springs get a good workout and pumped the diff a tad more to maybe help when you a goosing the throttle to squeeze through traffic.
The target times are 10:03 clean or 9:08.92 dirty, both with traffic. Hot Lap of 8:26 or so on Fuji is in the Top 250 on LB. If the car is capable of that lap time, it should work for the challenge.
The plan is for releasing two tunes in conjunction. One for the car used to get the #21 on the LB (as of now) for that challenge and is also the Scooby reward car/livery. The second is to beat the 10 mins time that was done in a stock NS-X. Second tune doesn't have to be a NS-X tune, but it would be most appropriate.

Had some time and ran some laps just now.

M3...I'll have the Impreza tune to you tonight...been trapped in Skyrim this weekend.
Updated the update above!
@Simon: Roger that on Lambo. Ziggy, are you on here at all?
@Jones: Roger that. Will look for it tonight.
If other club members are wondering about the process to get a tune released, here's a simplified list of what's usually needed:
1. Need a nice tune.
2. Need a nice livery.
3. Need some feedback from drivers for adjustments if any.
4. Need Hot Lap times for LB tunes. Not needed for Lobby tunes.
5. Need PR and Photograhy.
Rocket, are you getting enough paints?

Hey oldschool! So far, so good. We'll have to work on a Colab soon with one of your paints!
Feedback for Kurupt's Opel/Elise B-Class combo:
They are both short/intermediate LB cars. PBs at Ladera, Camino, Positano...even broke the top 100 on a couple of point to point sections of Fujimi. Nice job, Kurupt.
I love haters there what make this game so fun lol
Damn jones i didnt think they would put up those times.....nice job!
That paint is pretty ridiculous! how the fuck does he do thaté
somebody has really gotta tell me how to fix my keyboard, every time i hit the question mark key this shows up é HELP PLEASE! lol
Cool...I take the finished tunes and run some hot laps when I get home...may give a run with a a-class 240Z just for shits and giggles as well.
When do you need our best times submitted?
The target times are 10:03 clean or 9:08.92 dirty, both with traffic. Hot Lap of 8:26 or so on Fuji is in the Top 250 on LB. If the car is capable of that lap time, it should work for the challenge.
The plan is for releasing two tunes in conjunction. One for the car used to get the #21 on the LB (as of now) for that challenge and is also the Scooby reward car/livery. The second is to beat the 10 mins time that was done in a stock NS-X. Second tune doesn't have to be a NS-X tune, but it would be most appropriate.
