So I made it back from Texas today some what alive, a little crispy but still breathing :)
I've been to some good parties for may long and I must admit Texas knows how to throw a party! I had an awesome time, the tracks was beautiful, weather was hot and so were the woman on 6th st in there mini skirts lol
only knock was Texans can't drive worth shit and the yank beer sucks lol we were there for 48hrs and got rear ended twice (no damage) bought 60 beers and didn't get drunk but $20 for 30 beers I can't complain so I just switched to the whiskey to get the job done Canuck style!
race wise we all know the v8's were the main attraction and they put on an awesome show! and iam sure the gbr guys i got to meet will post enough great footage so i wont bother, but the series that caught me off guard and left me speechless was the GT & GTS race. These beasts were deafening and put on an awesome race... The caddy s and audi r8's battled the entire race with audi coming out on top.
We got down to the starting line sun morning and was able to get some footage of the race start before cowarding and seeking ear plugs before these beasts left us deaf
sit back turn up the volume and enjoy :)
the caddys and the yellow lotus were insanely loud, the audis had a beautiful euro purr to them.
Wow that lotus sounded incredible.
Look forward to hearing all about it on Saturday.

cant wait to come back, thinking maybe the f1 in nov. but might have to wait till next yr cause I can only afford one more race this yr and I'd really like to see the the wtcc in Sonoma in sept.
