Console keeps locking up
Does anyone else have the same problem of their xbox 360 console locking up in the middle of play when they're playing Skyrim? I've cleared out my cache and deleted a lot of very old save files thinking that would solve the problem, and nothing seems to be working properly. Any suggestions on what I should do?
if you have the space I would try intstalling it to the harddrive, that MAY improve it. I had this issue real bad with Oblivion but only once or twice so far with Skyrim *knocks wood*
That's odd that you had that problem with Oblivion. I never had a problem with that game. Before I even played a second of the game, I installed it to the hard drive thinking it'd cut down on any issues. For a long time, that was the best way to go. I think I might just have to uninstall it, and then reinstall it to the hard drive and see if that doesn't do the trick. Thanks!
Mine only locks up when it gets too hot. I put a fan by the entertainment center when i play for extended peroids. I know cheesy, but i havent had a lock up since i started doing this.
I had to give up Skyrim due to this issue, it just became unplayable. I did have it installed but still froze. Still to this day miss that game
a trick for freezes with the playstation is not overwriting the same save file all the time. Try creating new ones and delete the old. Don't know why this worx but it does.
I will try this one, the game just freezes a lot since I've installed Dragonborn
