2nd Raid group
If we are going to do this, lets start planning it out.
We need 8 people. Two tanks, two healers, and four DPS.
I know we have Gaius tanking, myself, Lala and T3 running DPS, and Landon healing. That leaves us needing 3 more people.
Pretty sure we can count on Grex to fill the other tank role, can probably get Aethal to DPS, but we are still short a healer.
I know Braxis is a merc, are you heal spec by chance?
Also, we need to find a time we can get on, and do this. We all should have more than enough gear to start, lets just set a date, and get this show on the road.
I am available any night, up to 830 pacific, on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday I am available pretty much all evening.
Pretty much any night for me as well. On Thursday's I can't get on until after 9 est. So, that would not be the best night for me, but I would do it. We could pull in a gen pub for this. We could find a healer. This Friday night I can't do it btw. Going camping. It's just over night.
DPS, have decent gear. I do like to stand in fire. Fuck the healers, let them work for a change! I'm open almost any night. Wednesday is the only night I can't though.

I am gonna respec tonight to healer with my BH. I can play most anytime but if its gonna be late Friday and Saturday nights only. No Wed either.
What kind of gear do you have now Braxis? If you get on tonight, we should run you through some flashpoints, get you some experience healing, and hopefully get a few pieces of gear for you.
Nothing good. I just have a pair of champion boots. I haven't been playing much since I had to RMA my ram and cpu cooler. I am good to go now.I still need to finish of Ilum PVE too.
I still need to finish Battle of Ilum too.
Friday and Saturday nights work for me too. Anything after 8:30pm CST works best. I might be able to go earlier sometimes.
Then lets plan on hitting the flashpoints tonight, and gearing up those that still need it. And how about we shoot at next week, starting our own raid schedule.

Current raid content doesn't require two tanks, but future content will. So Grex, I'm not sure if you are still specced tank or not, but for now, it isn't really a requirement.
So do we want to do this on Friday and Saturday? Or do we want to split them up, like Monday and Firday kind of thing. We should have two nights, one for each raid if that will work for you guys.
I don't mind helping you guys out once in awhile if you are short someone due to RL. I can boost your DPS some and help explain fights when you need. Just send me a tell if you see me on and as long as I am not raiding hards (first commitment), I can help carry the first few weeks when gear is still an issue.
I think most of us are actually pretty decently geared. At this point it's learning the fights and raid techniques. I should be around tonight. although I'll be at a party a bit earlier so I can't say how coherent I'll be.
I'll be on tonight (sat). In general, any night is good but Thursday's I won't get on until after 9 pm est. I will help anyone do anything when I'm on. Just ask. I know the fights real well. Like when you're fighting that one boss in that one area, wow! That's a tough one! Also, watch when you're fighting that really big thing in that one fight. Really hard right there.
We ran Eternity Vault again on Normal mode and went through it pretty easy. Had a few wipes on on SOA, but that was due to a mistake and some game glitches (over half the platform was missing on the 2nd drop. I can't believe this isn't fixed yet). Other than that it was pretty smooth sailing and once a few people grab some more gear we should step up to Hard Mode.
We tried KP tonight but it just didn't work out. That first boss is a giant pain in the ass and we just couldn't get our shit straight. I think we need some of the group to get a few more pieces of gear to help with the DPS. Also, I'm not sure why we brought 3 healers. Oh well, next time.
Yeah. I don't know what was wrong. I left and you all picked up a dps and still couldn't. So, maybe it's not enough dps? If you need colomi or champion gear, just ask for help. I will be glad to help, and I know others will too.
I think the 1 healer needs gear and 2 of the DPS that was there. They were mostly in orange gear.
It was a combination of things, undergeared, bad execution, bad luck.
We have the general strategy of the fight down, just need to work on executing it better.
I think this week, we need to run through EV on both normal, and hard. We can blow through normal pretty easy again I'm sure, than later in the week, make an attempt at hard, and see how far we get.

I'm up for HM EV. I don't think we'll have any real problem there. I'm able anytime but Saturday, my wife has a life and is dragging me into it. If you guys go Saturday, then just replace me with another DPS that stands in fire.

I'm always willing to do FP and OPs anytime you see me in mumble. If I'm not in mumble it's because I can't be on long.
