Holden and JDRT have a longterm and successful relationship, and because of that it was no problem for the Holden Management to allow JDANKERT a Ford for his guestdriver in this event. JDANKERT: “For the future we will be a Holden-Team. For sure as long as I am the teamowner. I love their cars! But on the other side I try to do very much for having my drivers wishes fulfilled.”
In the next days JDRT will announce more important news about contracts with big brands. The success from the last weeks opened doors. JDANKERT: “I am excited and it is a little bit as “dreams come true”, because I was asked to be a partner for …… We will see.”

its come to light that jdrt team boss can't handle his drivers lol, talk around the paddock seems to be that jdan should have just told stevie that he was driving a Holden.
mr monkey was quoted as saying " treating your drivers well is one thing but letting then rule the roost is another, the FMMotorsport team has payed for all of its drivers cars witch has cost the team £2.700.000 but it was me who decided what car was to be run. We are very grateful to our drivers and pleased that so far 2 of our seat drivers have signed to run in this race but no one man is bigger than the team. There are many rumours around the paddock, needless to say that on of these rumours is that church pro is pulling the strings a jdrt. Another rumour that's now been confirmed is that piston heads will not be running in this event, they stated that they needed to concentrate on the seat cup......I wasn't aware that piston heads could concentrate lol ".
in other news........FMMotorsport has dropped one of its sponsors, the team has cut ties with blackberry after it came to light that the phone company had been in talks with mpr. FMMotorsport has nothing against mpr and wishes them and blackberry all the best in there new endeavour how ever FMMotorsport will finish the seat session with blackberry before going there separate ways.

The 1st question that everyone is asking is why have you signed with Petronas and not continued with Vodafone? "This is a one off deal with Petronas. They approached me when they heard of this race. Vodafone are fine with this, in fact they were in on the meeting."
What about the news that FMMotorsport are droping Blackberry? "I wish him luck but i think its a bad move, again this is a one off deal, Blackberry sponser with Petronas so it was obvious they wanted their name on my cars along with Petronas. We are about to resign a new contract with Samsung to go with the Vodafone livery, who were again fine with this one off livery."
What are your thought about Pistonheads not running in this race and about them just concentrating on the SEAT cup? "Well, i am not surprised as Pistonheads can only concentrate on 1 race"
MPR are still looking for a couple of drivers for this event as they only have a reserve driver. MPR welcomes new drivers as well as the more experienced drivers.
Fitzy, would you like to sit in one of the Castrol Fords for this race if your teams not entering?

Funny thing happened at Le Mans today, I was walking down the pit lane and there was a Holden V8 sitting in an empty garage with the engine running. There was nobody anywhere nearby so I borrowed it. I now have a car for the race. I will post a picture later and if anyone lays claim to it I will return it after the race hopefully undamaged.
Unlikely member of the 204C car club, A TRICOOTERTOPS [Cooter], joins forces with his well known rival MaxPerforma [Max] on Team MaxPerformaRacing [MPR]. Earlier today we caught up with Cooter and asked him what was going through his head when he decided to join his rival's team for this event. Cooter replied "Well, Max and I may have demolished each other's paint jobs and on occasion have been known to run each other off the track, but I feel IF we can put our past differences aside, we may be able to pull a win out of our ass."
Currently Cooter will be driving under MPR's banner with number 319.
Max said in reply to the addition "Cooter is a twit but I'll deal with him."
I am very grateful for the offers to join teams and Oldschool that is an awesome castrol paint thank you, I just want to run as a privateer to get away from the excessive stresses of being a team manager. Less responsibility can sometimes be a good thing.
P.S when I said excessive stress I may have exaggerated just a little.
