Just to be clear there is nothing wrong with my connection or setup. I can HOST or JOIN without LAG on other games, and even FORZA at times I've had no issues... but for some strange reason recently I've had issues. I think it has to do with T10/MS servers.

Surf and Wheels, I would like you guys (as the senior members) to be able take the room over. You guys know how we run.
The ROOM Setup goes like this : (off the top of my head)
Collision Mode: On
Damage Dif: Cosmetic
End Timer: 5 minutes
For Practice/Handicap set the LAP to COMPARE LAP TIMES to ON. For race turn this OFF
Grid Order : RANDOM
Number of Player Buckets : 4
Group by Bucket
Force the Class, Make, Weight of the Spec car in each bucket
Set the HP the following: AM 0 % , Pro-AM 5%, Pro 10%,Vet 15%
There have been times where I have had to add a Grip Reduction of 5% to Pro and Vet as I needed them to be a bit slower. It really depends on the people in the room. My experience is that in small twisty tracks I've had to add the Grip reduction but on tracks with med to long straights there has been no need for the Grip reduction.
If you don't want to bother with this when we are both on we can create a room and then have you save the setup
The GOAL here is to get everyone running .500~1 second between each other. I don't want a guy running 2 seconds faster as he will disappear and have no one to race with. Also people get faster during the race some make up a whole second, so I take that into account and set the handicap accordingly.
The SEED time sheet just tells me and you what the SLOWEST guy running and at times that person is the benchmark.
I will be on the next couple of days or nights practicing up a Laguna...If you see me on hit me up and maybe we can get together so I can download your program with your parameters just in case for backup!!...Thanks

P.S. Love the Lag last night where 2 cars looked as if they weren't shot out of a cannon whizzing by like bullets to the left and right of me on the straightaway! Pieces were flying EVERYWHERE!!!
P.S.S. Who was in the yellow car that I tapped on or around the 5th corner...WHATTTTT???
that lag spike happened as soon as I turned on my mic so I could hear the countdown from the caution. So that was me who went to the moon. I gotta say by turning off my mic during the race saved me from having my center screen freezing up. Finally finished a race .Winning was just icing on the cake.

The grip gets reduced, that is moving down
The selection for Pro is lower in the list than is ProAm, so that is moving down
The Pro class would be considered a higher class, so that would be moving up
