if you want all the ghosts, i found a cool website
put your gtag in at the top and it will show you all the ones you have and need to get, with youtube specific videos for each one and pictures. pretty cool
I used that site to get them all. Get 50 and you get a chievo. There are 68 total.
There are three Ghosts in the House Of Wolves area you can get by glitching up into. I got them, but I haven't checked to see if they counted for anything yet. I think I did get Grimoire score for them but I'm not certain.
