its why i gave up with PCs you could spend 1500 and still not have enough, so the console is the best cost effective gaming for me.  saying that, the next gen is still expensive

+10000 gizzie, I'm another one that went from PC to console.  Just too expensive chasing smooth framerates and playable settings.   

Same here went from pc to console just because of the money needed to invest in gaming on pc, and then it mite no work right . I have a £2k pc sitting under my desk just to play candy crush on lol

The other "problem" with PC is all of the different sim racing options out there. I only started having issues when I loaded lots mods and other stuff on my PC. There are so many sims and so many mods it gets crazy. I must have 8 or 9 different racing sims and that require lots of attention. I finally narrowed it down to two titles and really only focus on one right now. Anyway, PC is awesome but can be more work.

When PCars releases I'll be getting it on The Xbone. I just think it will tax most PCs too much and I'm hoping that more of you guys will eventually get the Xbone and join us. I am thinking that the chances of people going with the Xbone vs the PC are higher.

Yea I definately have a lot more people on the Xbox to join than on the PC.  I've been a PC gamer since around '98 and slowly over the years watched my friend list shrink as everyone was moving to the consoles.  When I finally got the xbox it was nice to be able to play multiplayer games again :)
