Nice to see how to navigate thru the beginning stages and was good info for someone like me that never played GT before. Really looking forward to getting my hands on it!
First race in a Renault Clio…nice first impression!
Watched this last night and was very pleased with the vastly improved menu layout. But I did get the impression it might be a little bit of a grind to acquire credits but admittedly I still haven't seen enough. Surely the payouts will increase as you move up levels and two other unknowns are the payouts for on-line races and the special events races. Special events are 4-5 races updated every two weeks I believe and in GT5 they offer fantastic payouts as in very lucrative so let’s hope they don’t cut back these payouts too much with GT6. Currently I make about 200,000 most Thursday evenings over a three hour span finishing near the middle or front of the pack for the most part which also isn’t too bad so we’ll see.
On a selfish note I don’t care if it does take a while for us to start racing the faster more expensive cars cause Parcells favors the slower cars anyway.
Sean’s remark about not wanting to cheat as he turned off the magical skid recovery assist made me chuckle.
The yellow/red indicator showing a car right next to you seems pretty neat. Hope red means literally closer as in inches vs. feet. In other words I hope it’s not related to how close you are in relation to the track direction.
