What a shi..... round for me. First race no points, because I was not able to join anyone from 2o4f. Into public lobbies I could. Don't understand that. My internet connections is 14 MBit and strong.
Second race? Was somewhere in the middle, around 7th place, and ...... finished 12th.
Third race? Was first - hahahaha - and as third/fourth in 8 round got lag and lost 7 places. Finished 10th.
I will think about my future in racing during the next days.

Jdan, I wouldnt think too long on what happend today, Lag is a bitch and gets us all at times you raced hard and are picking up times really well. I am more than happy to race with you any time and it would be a huge loss to all of room B if you were to leave this series.

Good racing guys. I had some hard fought battles with a few people to attack/defend my position.
I thought I'd single-handedly wiped Skiwi out in 1st corner of race 1 but I see from the replay that its a simple bunching of the pack, some slight bumping and it looks like Skiwi came out worst... Always going to be tricky. 10x more so this week on Suzuka West Turn 2..

For 3 hours of driving today, I was mostly pondering over suspension set-ups and how they actually work: springs, dambers, anti-roll bars, tire pressures, differentials, etc. Had just as much as being in the online races . . . well, almost . . .
Race 1 wrong tune on car , race 2 better, good race with Johnny and Raddo , race 3.............some how my arse hole flew out of my mouth from the f..king huge ramming i had from behind on the first coner at the start......... any one want to own up to that one?..lol

Probably not but Parcells just watched the replay and it was Raddo...way to ruin Sims and Zeratuls race Raddo. In Raddos defense though it worked to perfection as he went from 4th to 1st right quick like.
And contrary to popular belief it was not Fitzy who caused the chaos in race 2 (at turn one also - no surprise). If anything Parcells may have caused the first hit...Parcells was fighting off the guy who engaged three wide into turn one on my inside so I had to give more room than I would normally have and either forgot about Fitzy most likely still on my outside or thought I had cleared him already as my normal line is to track to the outside coming out of turn 1. Probably the latter as I just barely touched his front right with my rear left sending me off and disrupting Fitzy just enough to swerve into the next maniac who figured this is an awesome time to make up a bunch of positions.
Turn 1 of race 1 was more of the same chaos. Collectively the room A drivers really suck at race starts.

Calling you out like that Raddo may not have been mature or professional but Sim seemed interested in knowing who nailed him and in watching the replay it was so obvious I couldn’t help myself. Also I would not have called you out had Sim not just finished stating how he had a great battle with you in the previous race which says something about your quality racing. We all know it was not intentional.
Furthermore my main purpose of the post was to acknowledge how our starts could use some improvement in hopes they will get better and there’s no reason they can’t because after a few turns and the field spreads out a bit the racing is top notch so what’s the fucken deal with turn 1? Serenity now!
As far as room A starts are concerned, we all seem to be so evenly matched everyone is looking for any advantage. Look at Church's earlier post, 10 of 11 drivers in the 1:30.XXX's with one driver down to 1:29.XXX (cough KC cough cough). That being said, I agree we should all try to back it down a bit (just a bit mind you) to get through T1 a bit better. Myself included.
Again, sorry for the shunt Sim. I'm sure I just missed my braking point in a crowd. And yes, I look forward to more close hard racing from all participants. No quarter asked, none given.
We all tend to BANZAI the first turn at any track.............just the competative nature we all have............and wanting to beat Fitzy,Church,Johnny etc to that first bend is also a must !!
After a less than stellar race meeting am amazed am still top of jack sears trophy....race 3 only bright point in whole thing. I really must get used to the major difference between testing/solo race room running handling and full room handling cos boy it was really not the same car!! Hey ho lets see what suzuka brings..after about 500 laps i may have an idea on what the hell im meant to do there....
You can drop Parcells next 3 races right now Church I can't make Sunday's races....bridge tournament, don't tell Fitzy or better yet tell him I'm sorry.

There was some good close racing last night, and i cant figure out how the hell i managed to finish in 4th place in the first sprint race.

@Sim I was a few car behind and I knew somtihng was about to happen. I think the cars in front of me went 5 wide on Turn one.
In all 3 Races I held back on Turn one and everytime I went for 9th~ to 2nd or 3rd due to everyone trying to win the race in one turn.
Still got some decent points and an EPIC battle with Grim for 2nd in race 2!!
Results will be updated tonight. Another good Turn out with 25 drivers aswell. Cheers lads
Just looked at the lap times from a Room A race.
Out of 11 drivers 10 where running 1:30:xxx and one was running a high 1:29. Pretty Close!
Also just doing the results now for room B and its getting seriously close across the table!
