Newbie to 2Old4Forza but not to Forza. I am in the US and I'm interested in evening races (EST) during the week.
I primarily race Forza 4 and use a XBox Racing Wheel hooked into a Bob Earl racing seat. D Seeker34 is my XBox GT.
My racing buddy SupernovaDave suggested I try this site and it is great to see you have an active racing group. With all that goes on here I am having a little trouble trying to figure out how to get started. Looking forward to racing with you guys.

Sounds like you'll want an East Coast invite from SnappyDee (GentlemanRacer), We do have a Euro group if you're on in the afternoons?

Shoot a message to Gentleman Racer on XBL & he can get you an invite to the eastern club division or I can send oyu an invite from the central division. whichever you'd prefer. It really doesn't matter that much.
Sure dude. My live tag is just JCotter, but my list is full, so I'll have to make some space anyway. I'll get one sent when I get on later this afternoon.
Hi there! New to 2o4f but been playing forza since the second. Would say I have an average driver skill would like to get to know some good guys (and gals) to race with and learn a few things too. From sunny England (I can live in hope) available most evenings feel free to inite or say hi :) GT: Snoop SLR8789
Welcome all new guys, Snoop sorry just us guys here no self respecting gal would be seen dead racing with us losers. The closest thing we have to a gal would be Oldschool.
Hello, my name is Chris. My gamertag is: Flyboy80498. I am a 34 year old male gamer from Elizabethtown, Kentucky. I am a disabled USAF veteran that enjoys all types of games. I do have gaming ADD. That means, unless it is a favorite game, I tend to play the game and get disinterested in it fairly quickly (especially when another hot new game hits the market). I'll play the game from beginning to end. But if it doesn't rank in my favorites, it usually finds a spot on the "will get back to list" within two or three weeks. That means I am always on the hunt for the next best game to be playing, or I fall back on my favorites (which I am doing right now with the Mass Effect series).
My favorite type of games are RPGs (IE: Skyrim, Mass Effect), Sports (IE: Madden, NCAA Football, and most recently FIFA), and some shooters (Like Mass Effect and Borderlands). While Racing is not usually one of my favorite genres, they are always on my must list of gaming. Racing tends to be a hit and miss genre for me, except for Forza series (which I LOVE!). I might not know what I am doing when tuning my car, but I can find some great tune ups in the marketplace and be on the race track in no time ziping around the track, and loving every damn minute of it. I also might not be the best racer, or even in the top 50% of best racers, but I have great intentions and always love a good race (even when I inevitably get beat by much better racers). The one thing I HATE the most is sore losers who quit in the middle of any MP game (or at the end. Scratch that. ESPECIALLY at the end) because they are losing. I always stick it out to the end of any MP game that I play. Whoever is beating me has earned that win and should rightfully get it. Also, it shows that person and the community at large that I will honor my games (even though they might not always go my way).
I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE my old adventure games from Sierra. I grew up playing Leisure Suit Larry, Police Quest, Kings Quest, Space Quest and Quest for Glory. Out of them all my favorite is a much maligned one from the original maker of Police Quest, and that is: Codename: Iceman. While it is rough in some spots, I believe that is what makes it great. I have to laugh at this, but my very first game on the computer was Leisure Suit Larry I: Land of the Lounge Lizards. I must have been 8 or 9 and trying to get past those blasted age test questions at the beginning with no help. Back then there was no internet, so there was no quick way of looking up the answers. After 10 or so tries each time, I would FINALLY get to play the game, and be in bliss until I turned it off and realized I would have to redo the test questions to play it again. Good times. It is amazing I turned out as balanced of an adult as I have. I can't imagine Al Lowe was going for the 8 to 9 year old demographic when writing LSL: The Land of the Lounge Lizards and subsequent Leisure Suit Larry games. Thankfully there are emulators that allow them to work on the new computers, and I still play all the old, great Sierra games from the 80's to early 90's to this day. Many of them with shortcuts on my desktop =o). But, that is the extent of my computer gaming right now.
My favorite games on the XBox 360 are Mass Effect Series (to include the original ending of #3), Assassin's Creed Series, Borderlands 1 & 2, Skyrim, Fallout 3 and New Vegas, Bioshock 1 & 2 and Batman Arkham Asylum and Arkham City. I lend games to friends, but my favorites absolutely don't get to leave my house, lol. I am not so much into multiplayer games unless I can find good (meaning they are fun to play with), honest people to play with (and that can be difficult at times). If the people that play multiplayer are fun to play with, are honest, and can put up with me learning whatever game we are playing, then I am all for multiplayer of any game. It is when I come across the people who can't stand to play with me because I am new at the game, or am not very good at it because I don't decicate my entire gaming to the game that we are playing MP in, that I have problems with. And those are the people that I politely excuse myself from their game =oD.
I also enjoy watching TV. Sci-Fi, some reality TV (Survivor, skill based competitions, and job shows (like Alaska State Troopers)), comedy along with Drama are my favorite genres to watch. Survivor, Battlestar Gallatica and Modern Marvels are my favorite shows. I absolutely love to watch the History, National Geographic, Discovery, Military Channel. I especially love the History Channel's newest mini-series that they are showing (like Mankind: The Story of All of Us, The Men Who Built America, and most recently Vikings). I am VERY HUGE into sports. More specifically, College Basketball (University of Kentucky fan here) and Professional Football (Green Bay Fan, grew up watching them with my family that is from Wisconsin). I like other sports, but I am not as passionate about watching them as I am about College Basketball and the NFL. I am also a longtime suffering Cubs fan (going on 35 years this year).
I love the outdoors and spending as much time doing outdoorsy stuff as possible. However with my disablities, I can not do as much as I used to be able to do. So going to the park and throwing a line into the lake is a great time for me these days outdoors. If I get the opportunity (and my body allows it), I love to snowboard and snowshoe. I love to hike and bike. But those are all activities based on how I am feeling that day. And if I do them, they are in moderation. Even then, I pay for doing them with being severely sore the next day from chronic stomach pain (from being shot).
When I get the opportunity (meaning when my ex-wife isn't a world class *****) I get to spend time with my 12 year old son. Currently I travel back and forth to Missouri to see him twice a month. And of course he is 100% the focus of everything during the time I am with him. Everything I described above goes to last of the important list when he is with me and he is #1 on the important list at all times. Even when he isn't with me, I try to call him three to four times a week so we can talk and BS on the phone (or Skype).
That's me in a brief, or semi-brief, LOL. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I am always willing to answer most of them. I am also ALWAYS looking for great multiplayer and co-op players for games (especially newer games)

PS: Instead of having to type out 5 or so different intro messages to introduce myself to everyone, this is a copy/paste from another intro message, with some slight moderations to fit the topic group =o)
Welcome Flyboy! So how long have you been playing Forza 4? Do you have any or all of the DLC? You say you not a tuner, yea neither am I. But F4 has so much more to explore and do. The livery editor is quite the nifty tool that when you get good with it, it can steal your soul lol. But the rivals events are quite fun also. Into taking pictures? The forzatography you can have fun with is pretty incredible too, some great shots of your favorite cars. Besides a never ending selection of races to run in etc.
So if you need anything in the game, like tunes, paints, logo's etc, etc. Just ask around the folks here are all to happy to assist you in getting the most enjoyment out of the game as possible. See ya on the track.
sorry was recently changed
