Welcome to the newest members! Spend some time looking over the events list etc. Sending out FR's and getting on the clan tags. Hope you have fun and see you on the track.
I'm Arnaud, 25, from Quebec. I've been playing forza for a couple of years now, new to online racing. I literally spend EVERY weekend at race tracks
during summer here. I raced a couple of times with Jcotter in forza4 and I had a blast! I'm trying to improve my lap consistency and my english skills haha!
I live in North Carolina and am just getting into Forza in this latest installment. Forza Horizon is a super sweet game and I'm looking forward to joining some people who think the same.
My name is Antonio, live in upstate NY, in my 40's, I'm a total newb to all of this, and after poking around the boards some, a bit overwhelmed. I'm a big hockey fan, above average race fan, run a few RC cars during the non-winter months, and really enjoy playing Forza 4 when I get a chance. I work for Oracle, am married with two younger kids. I played in a semi-professional band in my younger years and have played all over the country for all sorts of events.
My XBL tag is crazyunc970, my newphew somehow came up with this name. I don't really care to do much painting and know very little about tuning, I usually just download tunes others have done and go with those. Looking to get involved in some races though from what I've read, I'm not entirely clear on how to determine what cars are eligible and how to ensure they meet whatever restrictions for a given race. In due time I guess.

If you're not sure about anything, just post up & ask. We've got a very helpful bunch here. tunes, paints, you name it we can cover it. I'm also one of the resident driving instructors if you ever want to try & imrove your skills.
Welcome Crazy. How long have you been playing Forza 4? Have you played any other Forza's? Controller? Times online to run a few races? Looking forward to seeing you on the track.

I've only just purchased and Xbox started playing Forza 4 about a year ago however so I'm still fairly new to the game. I have a Fanatec CSR wheel and pedals - very nice for sure, overkill for me. During the winter months, I'm usually online after 8:00pm - 8:30pm EST once my kids are in bed. Once spring and summer months arrive, I don't expect to be online until after 9:30pm or so - usually outside as long as there is sunlight.
Looking forward to seeing you on the track as well (I'll be the one at the back of the pack :) )

I have to tell you, full disclosure and all, that can be a highly contested position sometimes!
Hey everyone. First off, I had a blast tonight racing with you guys. The most fun I've had with this game. Everyone is just out to have a good time.
As for me, my name is James and I live just north of Seattle Wa. 46 and happily married with 3 kids and one grand daughter. When not spending time with the family, I enjoy bowling, camping, racing and a big Disney fan. Glad I found this place, It really has made it fun and I hope to pick up a few pointers.

Awesome games and thoroughly enjoyed the question: "Who is the fuck face?", with the answer by I think Nunder,"It's Free Radikal he's a newbie." I think I was driving in circles at that point. Good times.
Happy to be here, I played more this morning and then I ended up driving to work a lot faster than I usually do. Then my first mini break I went on to wikipedia and started reading up on internal combustion engines and then it was on to reading about gear shifting in races. My curse is curiosity I have to understand from the ground up why things are the way they are.

Welcome, ironically I find myself playing more halo than forza lately. Just a word of warning when you meet Parcells if you try and understand him from the ground up the only thing it can lead to is insanity.
Anytime you want to get together for some pointers, just let me know. My # is posted in the race school thread, so you can always text me if you don't see me online. We sort of threw you into the deep end yesterday.
@Fitzy: parcells isn't more insane then most of us. I understand him very well. May be it's because of my bad english skills?!
To all Newbies: A warm welcome and from the bottom of my soul: They - too old for forza - will accept you, just the way you are! How do I knwo? They did it with me - a german old rolling, spinning, flying and "churching" blockade on most of the racetracks!
You ask what "churching" means? You will learn! Trust me!

Hi all, it's been awhile since i've been to the 2O4F forums. Looking good here. I'll try and see if i can get into some series racing with you guys sometime soon.
BTW Alpha dog, Do you need a club invite in-game or are the old HLR guys still kicking around. I never get outside of our community here, so I'm sort of clueless when it comes to what other clubs are still going.
Hi
I'm Adi I'm new to this forum idea but learning. I been Forzing since 2 of the game and presently enjoying Horizons and the different style of play.
Cheers
