I built a couple of cars for this already which I'm happy using. I didn't know if I need someone to validate my build is to spec or not.
9GMT would be 1pm here on the west coast, doable with planning but not during the work week.
Thought I would try and find a wireless head set next.

I try to get on when I can during the week. Son's offseason stuff has kicked in now so drive time will be around his work out schedule. Weekends is pretty much same boat as you. Look forward to driving with something other than AI cars on the track :)
Also don't forget you will be racing against the people who are running the same kind of times as you in the real thing. So anyone can run what they want

The scion frs (DLC) is disqualified at INTER class only. Don't talk about it too loudly though as it makes Church sad ;)

2006 golf - my tune works, so I'm good on that.
Scirocco GT - would be interested in trying a proper tune. My tune seems fair but tight.
2010 golf - my tune stinks and currently getting suspension damage of 1-2% a lap. Better than the 3-4% I was getting. Assume that is a ride height issue? Also interested in a tune.

Poidsly, send me the cars over and i'll tune them up for you, if you are getting suspension dmg then travel is too short for the weight of the spring. Typically you'd stiffen the spring a touch - You'll find the outside shocks will bottom out @ bridge.

I have to travel Sunday afternoon (11. and 18. November) to Stralsund, because I have to work at Monday from 7.00 am.
If I would race with you 21.00 GMT, which is 22.00 here in Germany, and the race will last app. 90 minutes I would be able to go to bed at 23:30. Because of 4 hours driving, I would have to leave at 3 am. Shit. I am too old and to tired to do such stunts on the real highway. If there would be a possibility to sleep early at Monday, I would rethink, but those days in that project are 12 to 14 hours days.
So ….. SKOL! ….. I will now drink a beer.
This year is a ….. busy ….. shitty …… crazy ….. one. May be someone or some power above do not want me to have fun? Aahhh, it is a sign of being a grown up human being to make decisions. Some are kind of …. bad, hard, funny, depressing, challenging, easy, not changeable,….. but it is better to decide on my own, than to take a decision from someone else. This I told my son some days ago. So here I am. So is life.

Though we have not had any direct replies from new guys on the thread, I do get the feeling we have seen more traffic in the new in town section. It may be partly down to the thread. It certainly has picked up a good number of views.
@Tourni - at work (yes at 10:30pm) - hope to get those cars to you tomorrow latest.
The Scirroco is difficult to describe. Its quick, but it feels too stiff. Your tunes usually feel like they "flex". It certainly does not have quite enough rotation. The 2006 Golf on the other hand feels really good on the other hand with the basic build I put on it with just the front ARB lowered. I wish the Scirroco felt like that
We have been working hard on the cars and been having a lot of fun. My problem right now is I still do not know what car to drive or what division to be in.
I was told that the S2000 is allowed as I asked when I was done with the car a few weeks ago.
What Scirroco are trying to tune? The new one or older one?

The GT. it's the lower PI one. The other can't hit INTER displacement.
I have the 2009 and 2011 in Inter so I wasn't to sure which one you were trying to build and tune.

i would like to run this series with the group.
tuning is not a problem for me so all i need is the list of cars with the restrictions and classesso i can start to build a car.
i will try to go through the posts to see if i can make some sense out of this.
got to be honest that this site is the most complicated i have come across.
