Wireless LCD connection

Anyone had experience with using a wireless connection to an LCD projector?  I have a few classroom LCD connections that no longer work because teachers have been moving their VGA cable connections constantly from their desktop or laptop (especially rooms where two teachers have to share).  Now the VGA cable is broke, and the cost to replace the cable and having to run it up through the walls and to the ceiling mounted LCD projector is pretty high.

I found this on Amazon.  Wondering if anyone has something similar and what has been your experience.

Looks seriously cool!

I wonder if they work through floors from my living room to my TV upstairs with the Xbox.
